I've ordered wheels and tires from abroad. No problems naman but of course you're going to have to pay for shipping from the US to here....shipping will probably be around $300 for the four wheels & tires.

You definitely won't find the wheels brand new locally. I'd try the junk shops in Angeles but I have to warn you there's no telling what condition they'll be in. I also doubt if you'll find white side walls here....at best white stripe lang siguro. Try the shops along Blumetritt for those.

Thinking about it further, I think you'd be better off getting brand new white stripe tires from Blumentritt, then get surplus steel wheels from any wheel shop and brand new hubcaps from Coker ($27 each). Mura na, and I don't think it'll be far off from what you want to achieve.
