changing tire size but same rims

i have 185 55 R15 good year nct 5 tires and they are all 5 to 7 years old already and im planning to change them. that size are hard to find and expensive. Can I change size to 195 50 R15 using the same rims? or please recommend me a good tires that fits to my rims and yet good quality and budget wise. I prefer Indonesia or japan made, no to china and taiwan brands.

actually, pwede yang 185/50/15.... pwede ka din gumamit ng 195/55/15 or 195/50/15.
