    yes and no.. wala na ang Jadewell (though still trying hard to make a comeback) kaya wala ng siga sa mga kalsada pero ipagbabawal ulit ng city govt ang parking sa stretch ng session road from 6-9 am and 4 to 7 pm. I don't know when it would be implemented...

    Balik na rin ang number coding scheme ...

    imo, traffic in session road would be better off if parking were banned at both lanes from 7am to 7pm. just a thought...

    di pa nabenta. bidding failure daw according to the sign posted on the building (that's what you learn when you are caught in traffic in session -- they should really do something about that bottleneck in the pizzahut/rcbc/piltel area)

    btw, i just got from city hall and the traffic management bureau to claim my license. i got apprehended in harrison for coding yesterday. heads up: the 10am-3pm coding-free window is not in effect anymore. :swear:

    upon claiming my license, i noticed that it expired october 2006 anyway. haynaku... now i have to go thru the lto thing pa. at least dito ako nadali, di sa metromanila.

    hehehe... b2b, i drive everyday. last week i did a baguio-laoag-vigan-baguio run in fourteen hours pa.

    as for the license, it's under the credit card kaya di napapansin. but it's no excuse for old age, kiddos. i am nearing the age when i will be wetting my shoes each time i do number 1.
