    agpakapen tu ngarud dagidiay agpakape tunno baguio day. ag-e-EB tayo ketdi a tunno Baguio Day gayam ta barbareng nga addaakk tu met. :-D

    Guys, advise naman sa mga gustong mag-migrate sa Baguio City. How's the employment there? Rental? We're thinking of moving in a cooler place since may respiratory problem ang son ko. (Bad trip lang ang pollution sa Baguio). Thanks!

    depende kung ano line of work nyo sir, kung magbusiness kayo ok yung food/resto.. rental around 7k to 15k for apartments and 10k to 25k sa houses, depends sa location, size at tye ng bahay..

    merong Texas Instruments at mga Call Centers (SITEL etc) sa may Export Processing Zone halos magkakalapit sila (papuntang Loakan airport). Marami ding mga Universities at Colleges na nangangailangan ng IT instructors (that is, kung willing kang magturo). We have Saint Louis University, Univ of Baguio, Univ of the Cordilleras. But in general, kung ang hanap mo eh yung malalaking IT companies, yun lang ang medyo kulang dito.

    Mga apartments near town proper costs about 7 to 15k (coz of the proximity) pero dun sa mga outlying barangays by average, 5-7k two rooms na yon pero tama si funkgrvn depende din yan sa condition ng bahay etc.

    If you eventually plan to stay here for good, advise ko lang yung medyo malayo sa town proper because of the bad air quality at the center of the city.

    Thanks Sir Hanren! Mukhang interested din akong magturo kaya lang wala akong Masteral Degree. Pero kung pwede eh di why not and teach.
