    Hi, ano ba tama FC ng kia rio 2012 1.4 M/T? may iba 8-9km/L.. meron na mention 6km/L.. some also has 10-11km/L.. which is the safest bet? nakadaan kc ako sa kia kanina.. ganda nang build quality ng rio.. hehehe

    Update on my Fuel Consumption
    Kia Sportage 2010 2WD A/T CRDI
    City Driving: 10-11km/L
    Highway Driving: 13.5-14km/L

    Still very happy. For keeps ko na yata itong SUV ko. Hehehe

    Kia Picanto 2013 1.0 MT
    City Driving(heavy traffic:bumper to bumper) : 10-12km/L
    Highway Driving: 16-18 km/L, ave. speed = 80km/hr
    Mixed Driving(moderate city traffic) : 14-16 km/L

    I do not accelerate too quickly in city driving

    That's mentioned by the likes of *yebo and *sagingsaba in the Sorento threads. But I remember 7k/L city drive and 12-15k/L highway for their Sorento CRDi.

    i'm driving a kia sportage 2012 2.0 at.

    question how do i improve the FC? im only getting 5km per litter, city driving. i can only 200km get on a full tank (approx 40L) .

    any suggestions?

    Total Kms: 150 km (break-in period)
    Route: Ortigas to Tagaytay via Aguinaldo Highway (60+km) on a Saturday with Moderate traffic in many sections along the route
    Speed * between 60-80kph, 1.5-3 rpm, aircon at 1blower and 3/4 thermostat

    Fuel consumption: 10.6km per liter

    It is now clear na malakas talaga sa gas ang mga gasoline fueled vehicle nang KIA.
    Ang diesel fueled no doubt matipid.
    Hoping sana that KIA would improve the gas fuel mileage of their new models.

    Kia Ŕio 1.4 2014. Via Slex fr ortigas to san pablo city. Normal driving. Driver + 2 passengers with baggage placed in trunk.
    FC - 13 km per liter.

    This is mostly city driving. The farthest I've driven it is from QC to Alabang area.
