Ano kaya ginawa nila sa mga inimport ni CACC noon? Lahat kasi naging LX & EX variants. CACC last year walang LX or EX. Nawala na rin GT line variant.

You've driven the MUX 1.9? Anemic isn't a word I'd associate with it.
It feels just as adequate as a Fort 2.4 or Everest 2.2. Not as powerful as a Montero or Trailblazer, but definitely sufficient for the vast majority of drivers out there.
The R-eVGT 2.0 and 2.2 are otherworldly engines, but majority of people buy cars for more than just the engines.
100% sure that the Sportage and Sorento can never outsell the top PPVs regardless of price point. Even the CRV which is a well-received CUV (because people prefer 15 km/L over sub-10s 0-100 times) fails to outperform any of the top PPVs.
PPVs are preferred over CUVs, no matter what "enthusiasts" say.

I have & I would say it doesn’t have the grunt of the bigger engines. No argument here that the ppv will outsell & is preferred by the vast majority, but those who buy the crossover over the ppv do so because of the comfort & refinement. It is a big car, not a truck & by the description alone, should be compared to the CRV diesel, the Mazda CX5 diesel, the Tucson & all the other crossover diesels out there. Just by the size alone, the PPVs dwarfs the CUVs.

January 31st, 2019 09:54 PM #115ganun nagpatalo ka na din juts. hihi, sabi ko sayo best choice ko bluepower, my next one would be the GLS premium, after that I can lie low na with cars and concentrate elsewhere like improving my personalities and tastes. kasi whether we like it or not SUVs are like Panasonic appliances
if you buy a Panasonic Inverter Aircon or Inverter Ref or Inverter Washing machine, garantisado ka 10 years ownership na tatagal subok na.
Cars at this age should be treated as such, minus the ek ek terms like Skyactiv, Econ, Vtec, etc etc..
dami pa natin kelangan as an individual na dapat gawin sa mundo, memorizing anything new abouts cars are just a waste of time and brain memory resources

alam mo why we should always choose PPV over anything else, it's because of the suspension. the PPVs do not have the best suspension as compared to crossovers
pero kung titignan kasi natin ang political structure ng Pilipinas where in they would lay down substandard roads or asphalts hoping na masira ulet at makakuha ulet ng budget in 2-3 years time yan mga tiga DPWH or Munisipyo , talong - talo ka and for what because the crossovers feel like an airplane ride vs PPV.
well, it depends on what you value the most, if you are willing to shell out 10k-20k suspension parts every 2-3 years for your diesel CRV, Santa Fe or Sprotage for a good comfy ride then by all means go for it. do take note the 10-20K estimate are banawe pricing, pag CASA yan either double or triple pa.
I still have my 07 diesel crossover Santa Fe, it rides and corners better than my Isuzu pero why do I feel like im so soft and vulnerable

Different strokes for different folks.
Nakakapagod idrive MUX ng fiance ko. Alog ng alog. Pero mas malala pag pasahero lang ako so I'd prefer to drive.
Then when I go back to the CRV, sobrang laking difference even for regular city driving. Even if the suspension isn't as durable as the truck suspension on the PPVs, I'd gladly accept the tradeoff for a better ride.
Livable naman suspension ng PPVs but why would I settle for one when I can get a better ride with a CUV.
And yung gen 1 CRV naman namin hindi naman every 2-3 years nasisira yung suspension. 130k km na.
