This is how it looks like. OEM light is on the left

    OEM vs. Super White

    OEM vs. Platinum

    Yes it's plug & play

Super white is only nice to see on a car (not by the driver of incoming vehicle) but sure sucks when driving on wet or foggy road at night.

    Best to use "ALL WEATHER".

sir benz, any recommendation on how do i modify my headlight to HID? is it better to get the headlight assembly of the 2010 crosswind then replace the bulb with HID or just use the headlight assembly i have now then convert it to HID?

    thanks!

Yes & you will also install the ballast that came with it.

meaning same housing po gagamitin nyo?

    1. Yes, the this set-up is called plug & play but they say this will cause irritation to oncoming drivers because of too much glare that the HID emits.

    2. Retrofitting of a projector headlamps is the best but it could get complicated & much more expensive. The end result. You'd be able to utilize the HID & your fellow drivers won't get pissed when you pass by

    3. Just buy a halogen bulb preferably Philips, Bosch or Osram brands

yung HID po ba may hi and low?
Depends on what kind of HID.
    Hi halogen low HID
    Hi low HID
    etc...
    Single beam (for fogs)

If you want to know more about HID do's & don'ts

    Here's a very helpful link

HIDs work best on projector-type headlamps. So if money (and sourcing) is no issue, I'd suggest you convert to a 2010 headlamp and install HIDs. Should you, I still suggest you just use 3000 or 4300K HIDs --- no "white" (fashinable) but sure is useful specially during foggy or wet road conditions.

Don't gt me wrong, you can use HIDs on multi-reflector-type (crystal) headlamps but expect the light direction to be "scattered" and not as effective as what projector-type
    provides.

Mas ok na yun chong, compared sa ibang sasakyan na kailangan pa kalasin buong bumper to install the bulbs or fog lamps. Pareho tayo ng experience. Ako rin nag-install ng bulbs ng fog lamps ko. Curious lang. How much kuha mo sa Bosch mo? Pure yellow ba buga niya?
