pwede naman ilagay yan but the pricees would be like a CRV or RAV4 na... hindi na sya mabenta sa tao since dapt affordable lang ang AUV.... and it would end up as an SUV na... meaning bigger taxes... pwede nmaan ilagay agn crdi na engine but take out all the accesories

It would be nice to use this engine in the Sportivo and XUV variants. And retain the 4ja1-L to the XTi, XT, and non-turbo for the XL.

November 18th, 2008 12:08 PM #7I prefer new engine na rin sa XTi at XT. retain ang old engine sa XL. I own a XT (bias ba hehe).

Panigurado maraming susubok niyan.

December 6th, 2008 04:57 PM #9I just wanna share. When I went to La Union about 2 weeks ago, somewhere in Tarlac, this white Crosswind XT bearing a ZCL(I forgot the numbers) plate was really fast! It was still dark, around 5am, so I didn't know what kind of car was following me until he overtook me. He was tailgating at speeds of around 80 kph perhaps I don't know, about a human wide. There was this part where a long line of vehicles on both lanes so he couldn't overtake. What he did, he zoomed on the shoulder with rocks and sands. Given all those toture that he was doing with his Crosswind, after a few minutes, I am again in front of him and again, he drove too close like he wanted to hit me. So I gave him a good fight.hehe I have never seen him since.hehe By the way, me and my gf called him "kas kas" short for kaskasero.hehe
Anyways, that made me realized how strong Crosswinds are in terms of pulling power. I couldn't believe that it could run like that given the engine that it has. I could honestly tell you, if not for those clear and straight roads in Pangasinan, I couldn't outrun him. How much more if it's a DDI engine.

This is a bobo to MMC. Mirage has good sales, sayang benta nila dyan.
