rear window wiper installation for hilander xtrm

good afternoon hilander owners, my ride is an isuzu hilander xtrm 2000, and my problem is poor visibilty when backing up or checking the rearview mirror, due to dirt build-up at the rear window. can i install a rear window wiper, and how much kaya aabutin kung diy lang? thanks a lot.

Butas yan tiyak. There was never (from my knowledge) box type hilander that came out with standard provision for a rear wiper.... Doable basta magaling yung magbubutas.

Installing wiper window??? Too much to do. To minimize dust on your window is to install a "rear wind deflector" also called rear guard, rear wing etc. This deflector realy works not just looks.

Similar into this one just above the back window. Sorry, that one it shown are spoiler for Toyota Highlander w/ built-in brake lights. It should have one available for your nissan. The question is where to get one.

sa amin din hirap visibility eh 98 slx, talga effective yung ganun? saan po ba may ganun? yung parang spoiler ung dating. and mga how much kaya yun sir? hmmm

may nakapagsubok na ba? ang tanong din kasi is, would the motor assembly fit inside the door panel? would it require a separate water tank? waiting for your opinions. thanks po

Sir meron po rear wind.... basta ung nilalagay sa likod ng hi lander, may nakikita po ako eh..

makisali na din po ako mine is a 05 XT model wala din po siya wiper sa likod and even though meron po siya spoiler or deflector sa ibabaw ng rear door..mabilis pa din po magbuildup ang dust with water ang hirap hindi makita ang nasa likod during bad weather..my question is sa mga later model ng crosswind like mine pwede po kaya gawin yun and kung may abang na po kaya na wirings for the provision of the rear wiper...sama ko na din pala side mirror with signal light may abang po kaya na wire incase na magpalit ako ng side mirror?

I think installation of rear window wiper is doable. I am checked the back door compartment and it appears that there is enough room for a small wiper motor. The trick here is to find small motor. Small motor will fit for this type of wiper since it's only a single blade wiper and do not need much torque to move the blade. I am going to work on the planning now. I am going to install wiper to my rear window. Will be posting you on the progress.
