iba naman yung experience ko sa isuzu dealer ng xtrm ko.
nung binili ko sa isuzu mandaue talagang magaling yung saleslady sa kanyang sales sya daw ang mag supervise during pdi, libre registration. okay deal na i made an initial down of 500k para yung darating na xtrm white ay sa akin ibigay three days lng ang paghihintay dahil na ship out na. three days passed wala info from the saleslady kung dumating or hindi, pinuntahan sa isuzu ng misis at anak ko tinanong ang sabi sorry mam nakuha ng taga iloilo dahil nagkamali daw.nag offer sabi mayron daw sila stock kaso lng steel black tuwa yung anak ko yun na lng daw okay sabi ni sales lady three days after pwede kunin kase pdi at iba pang accessories kinabit. after three days tumawag si saleslady ng umaga pwede na kunin by 2pm tuwa yung family sa wakas mapalitan na rin fx nung pinuntahan palpak hindi pa tapos galit si misis bakit tumawag yun pala wala pa pero ni released din nila by 6pm nung dumating sa bahay may kulang binalik ka agad sa casa at kami pa ngayon ang may kasalanan bakit daw kami nag mamadali sabi ni misis kung hindi sila tumawag at inayos muna nila lahat wala sana problema anyway hindi na nagpakita ang saleslady. na ayos naman yung complain namin okay na after a month tumawag yung isuzu at dumating na raw yung registration at temporary plate number.kinuha namin gumawa yung anak ko nag temp.plate after three months na gamit ng temp. plate hinuli kami ng highway patrol at yung charge unauthorized used of plate number explain kami na new yung car, hinanapan kami ng authorization from LTO to use temp. plate no. wala kaminng mapakita kase hindi man sinabi ng isuzu na ganon pala at hindi rin namin alam, ngayon lng kase kami nagkaroon ng brand new car. nagreklamo ako sa isuzu bakit hindi nila sinabi na kailangan pa pala ng autorization at bakit hindi nila kinunan dahil free naman yung registration pina refund ko yung penalty fee at authorization fee hindi na refund instead binigyan na lang ako ng 2 liters na coolant ok na rin, sabi ng manager yung saleslady daw ang dapat mag asikaso.
hanggang ngayon hindi nagpakita sa akin yung sales lady.

well, papagawa na lang namin sa repair shop ng kaibigan ng kuya ko. dun rin naman insurance namin e. di na kami babalik dun sa hinayupak na inteco na yan!

Busy ang mga tropa....... sa kakahanap nang solutions. yung nga loosse thread ko na valve clearance sa XTRM namin ang tropa nakakita....

so far ngayon sa GENCARS Makati na lang muna ako dahil lapit office tapos pwede ko pasok sa umaga labas sa hapon.

totoo po na ok service sa BMD. Minsan nga lang po e walang stock kaya mahhntay ka pa ng 2-3 weeks(experience lng po namin) bago dumating at dapat ikaw follow up kc d namn cla tumatawag kahit kinuha phone number mo.

What international diesel forum talked about the 4JX1 defects? I'd like to read up on them.

Did Isuzu ever tell you what caused the injectors to fail? Was it repaired under warranty and running normally? You may want to write to Isuzu Phils, customer service, to get their attention.
Forget Inteco, i've heard horror stories too. Try Isuzu Pasig or Alabang- much more competent service people.

No its not the engine that I paid for but the entirety of the car. Kung engine lang, surplus na lang ang bibilhin ko kasi mas mura kesa Xwind at makakapili pa ako. peace

same problem wid our xwind biglang umingay parang jeepney last month. since malayo kmi sa casa pina triple weld ko nlng yung exaust pipe agad. so far the radiator is fine 20k na yung travel ng xuvi.

question lang po, maingay ba tlga yung mga upuan sa gitna nd sa likod ng xuvi? pansin ko kc pag masama ang daan prang nag hehead bang yung mga upuan tapos may mga squeeking sounds.

same stories din ang narinig ko dito sa davao.
i think that nasa training nila yon na wag tawagan ang customer. "maganda products natin so let them come here" kumbaga. most say poor talaga service ng isuzu. if not for the suspension and engine baka na wipe out na sila sa auto industry.
here better ang service ng honda, mitsubishi, toyota. probably thats why kahit inferior ang engine ng pajero gen 2, marami pa rin bumibili.

di ba ito puede i paabot sa isuzu japan kung la man din axion dito sa pinas. not all naman dealers ganoon pero i think majority of them poor service.
i recalled telling a friend from oz na plano ko bumili ng trooper. his first comment was "GM sometimes give you a good one, sometimes they dont". he was reffering to the autos that GM builds. sana good one yung binigay sa akin.

btw, they didn't tell us why the injectors got broken... madalas daw eto ang mga problema ng trooper!

poor aftermarket service.

teka di ba nagkaroon ng crosswind boom a couple of years ago,
baka naman sobrang madali ang production kaya puro lemon.

Buti pa Nissan Pampanga...kahit toyota, mitsubishi, isuzu...kahit owner type jeepney tatanggapin hehe ang babait pa ng workers makaka lapit ka pa...bigyan ka pa ng tips and tricks may free underwash pa :D (experience lang sa vanette ko) :D ay nako miss ko rims ko hehe... vanette pala :X

Share ko lang po ito. I brought my xuv A/T to 3 reputable and experienced muffler shops. I tried to get their assessment of my xuv's exhaust problems (premature cracks on the pipes). The cause of the problem daw can be attributed to 2 things : (1) masyado manipis yun ply or gauge ng pipes, gauge 18 lang daw kasi and (2) masyado maigsi or maliit yun flexible pipe kaya halos lahat ng vibration ng engine natatransmit sa buong exhaust system kaya daw malakas ang wagging ng tailpipe. Kinausap ko yun service rep at warranty rep ng isuzu alabang . the reason DAW kaya forever tayo naghihintay ay nirecall daw yun old design at maglalabas daw ng bago. yadayadayada....snifff!

xuvi ko ala naman problem sa upuan. Squeaking sound yes, but i referred to GENCARS, Makati where the unit came from, they did a road test then they did some greasing under the chasis. nawala yung mga squeaking sounds.

Sa XTRM ni boknoy, yung pivot point ng seat ang maingay. It wears out kasi.
