kind of, it was my 20k pms with makati. may minor kabig lang, pinasama ko sa job order thinking it would be part of the PMS all-in rate, kung may bayad maybe minor lang (thinking servitek rates). what a mistake. it cost me 2000 at umabot 12000 bill ko.

after a month or two bumalik kabig, pero ayoko na talaga sa casa pagawa kasi overpriced at pila at hintay pa matagal kung pa-backjob. checked with suki servitek, ayos, hindi lang sila may bagong alignment machine (the one with mirrors) upgraded pa software nila to include dmax parameters. 600++ lang for 4 wheel alignment, that was Q2 2005. their work/adjustment still works today.

yup, renting an apt in sss vill.

EB? usually at gapan city on weekends, maybe when all our scheds tally.

    Kurt,
Sige ba. Ah kaya pala umabot 12k ang bill because of the alignment. Sa susunod hindi ko na ipapaalign at sa Servitek Marcos nalang ako papa-align. Bakit may mga pinapalitan ba na suspension parts?

    checked my receipts, dec 2004

    total bill 12,617. repair camber & caster = 2,200.

i dont really know if the solution to my condition of "kabig" to one side is a camber and caster repair, but in my old car wheel alignment lang sya sa servitek.

i believe you will only do a camber and caster repair on really old cars with nearly 100,000kms on it. not on a 7 month old pickup (pang heavy duty db) with 20,000kms milage. i felt like a sucker approving that job. to this day i doubt they really did a "camber and caster job".

well thats in the past. im really glad now i have a choice to have my dmax repaired at shops where i feel i got my money's worth. plus peace of mind they did excellent work.

kurt--- camber and caster are needed by the dmax kc hindi na yan tulad ng dati na bolt and nut lng gagamitin.. meron yan spacer or shim ang tawag nila.. yup its needed specially wen parati gingamit.. meron wear and tear sa old shim kc... u nid 2 shim to adjust the camber and 1 shim for the caster... check ur alignment kung kakapig pa ba wen uron the road.. choose a road na flat talga hindi yun parang nak tagilid...

Talagang may shim for adjusting camber. Sinaunang panahon pa lang ganun na talaga. Parang glorified washer lang siya. I don't know how you could wear one out so quickly, though.

Ten years old na ibang sasakyan namin dito, hindi pa namin ginagalaw iyang camber. Madalas kasi lalo lang nagkakandalokoloko.
