Guys, tuwing kelan ba talaga dapat magpa-adjust ng valve clearance sa x-wind natin? Saka obligado ba na palitan yung gasket ng cylinder head cover pag ganun?

Not sure if every 20,000 kms or as needed. As to replacing the gasket, it would depend if needed na. I have witnessed some who was able to "recycle" the exisiting gasket back without issues. Depende talaga sa condition ng gasket kapag binuksan yung head.

Then again, if one can afford it, best to replace with new para siguradong walang singaw.

Sir Benz perhaps you mean all A/T since 2001 are equipped with low charged turbo. . .

but since 2007, both M/T and A/T are all turbo equiped.

Thanks for correcting me, yes, ALL A/T were with low charged turbos and M/T since 2010 lang I believe.

Mga bro the best time para magadjust ng valve clearance e pag malamig ang engine, wala pang thermal expansion un bakal, mas magiging accurate. Kung hindi na under warranty ang auto mo, the best is papuntahin mo sa bahay ang trusted mechanic mo para tingnan kung kailangan ng adjustment. Pero kung maayos ang pagkakahigpit nung last na gumawa nyan at di ka naman madalas mag over 3,000 rpm, hindi na gano ginagalaw yan
Tsaka meron mekaniko na nagaadjust valve clearance na estimate lang, dapat ginagamitan ng feeler gauge.

What type of brake fluid (manufacturer recommended) do we use on our crosswinds (dot-?)? I have a 2002 XUVI. Also, is it advisable and safe to buy a fuel injection cleaning liquid that you add to a full tank of gas? Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Was able to help another forumer get a 2008 XTi Limited Edition for 630k. Super fresh unit (since manager ng ISUZU Philippines may ari) For a 2007 XTi, I guess 600k would be a good price.
