pde naman sigurong lagyan ng game console. afaik it doesn't have any tv tuner. you have to purchase one.

can these monitors or e-system pick up tv frequency? plus, does this e-system have an input plug . . . (you know, the wires that have red, yellow and white,sometimes black) sorry don't know the name of this. I wanna put my game console and play while waiting.

Pare, baka alam mo kung ilang kms bago sya maging mausok, maging maingay ang makina, at bumababa ang fuel eff nya. gusto ko kasing bumili ng alterra, well acutally namimili pa ako kung alterra o sportivo. so naghahagilap ako ng infos about them, pro so far wala pa akong nakikitang article o forum tungkol dun sa 3ng tanong ko.

naku di ko alam bro.. hindi ako alterra owner kasi. may mga alterra owners naman siguro dito lurking. :nolurk: better ask them. im also comparing alterra and everest. so that i could convince my dad to buy. hindi ko nga naisip na pagdating ng panahon eh uusok din. not so sure with it..

You're asking about fuel efficiency ng Alterra? I have the '05 Alterra and I do regular oil change and fuel filter every 5000kms. So far no problem with smoke and fuel consumption is still the same as before - 11to12 k/ltr. It also depends on how you drive so if you have a heavy foot, of course dont expect fuel efficient ang SUV mo, kahit anong SUV pa yan.

What I do is just follow the recommended oil in the service manual, Shell rimula x 10w-40 seems to be ok with me. Syempre, if the vehicle is not well maintained, then you can get 6-7km /ltr na lang but it still depends on how you drive. It will vary.

hi alterra owners..

kamusta na mga alterra nyo? may nabasa kasi akong mga rumors na ang engine daw ng alterra eh nasisira kung maruming fuel ang napasok sa kanya. and mga fuel natin dito sa pinas medyo marumi daw. gaskets around fuel injectors are sensitive daw to fuel quality and will degrade.

and are there no problemssimilar to trooper's 4JX1? that problem daw is close to the 4JX1 problem. can anyone confirm this??

Wala pa naman akong nababasang feedback from owners knowing 2003 pa lang may Alterra na and that is the same engine until now.

Si nikky may post na nagsasabing he is just waiting for confirmation kasi may na-receive syang info on the O-ring issue ata.

While I was waiting for the saturday EB sa megamall 2 see Megan...(wow! may rhyme sa name nya!). I came up with this logo for all interested to join the club. What do you guys think? Please give your comments and suggestions and if you have samples, please post them here too!

im planning to buy a second hand alterra '06 model... ask ko lang mga tsong kung same pa rin yun dun sa unang labas nung '05? any differences? reasonable ba yung price 1.140M kasi ang asking price nya 24k 4x2 matic? ok lang ba yung price o mashadong mahal? d ko pa din sya nakikita kasi ngayon lang naalok sakin... ano po ba yung mga minor at major na sira naexperience ng mga kind owners natin d2 sa forum para yun agad yung macheck ko kapag sinilip namin yung unit?

I just receives a mail from isuzu that meron yata kailagan upgrade ang engine ng Alterra regarding the diesel problem kailangan yata palitan aNG NOZZLE WASHER. had anybody who owns an alterra received same letter

juz got the alterra i was telling u guys yesterday. so far ok naman sya nung inuwi namin from san fernando to bulacan. ang bilis d mo mashado pansin 160 na pala takbo mo. pansin ko lang yung busina nya ang tigas pindutin, sa inyo ba ganun din? tsaka yung 2 row seat ang tigas nung sa gitna. lastly when i was running bout 130kph nagwiggle ng konti ung steering wheel ko. any same experience? kailangan ko din atang pa wheel balance, any suggestions peeps? btw, im planning to have it change oil any suggestions what oil should i use? thanks in advance...

tnx seis! actually out of warranty na sya... 2nd hand lang yung nakuha ko... 05 modl pa pero ok pa naman makinis pa sya at 26k lang odo nya... inform mo ko pare dun sa price nung sa 2nd row seat wawa naman yung upo dun dba. synthetic oil ba gamit mo kapag pachange oil ka? 1 pang nakita ko dun yung sa door handle nya sa loob kalawang na yung mga tornilyo nya hanap na lang ako ng stainless... sure sige sali ako sa club in case magbuo lahat ng alterra owners...tnx again pre...
