I gave them till saturday to provide the replacements and informed them via telephone that magwawala ako dun if they dont provide any replacement till the 28th of August 2009. Below is the email I sent yesterday and it was read immediately. and taken care of.

YOU GUYS ARE LUCKY THAT I JUST FOUND OUT ONLY NOW BECAUSE UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE CENTER CAPS ALREADY FELL OFF. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]CAN YOU PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT WE GET NEW ONE´S IMMEDIATELY. FYI ISUZU ALABANG ALREADY HAS A BAD REPUTATION IN SERVICE AGAIN I AM ONE OF THEM. IF YOU CHECK OUR RECORDS WE HAVE 2 ISUZU´S BUT ONLY ONE IS BEING SERVICED NOW IT´S BECAUSE OF MY INITIAL COMPLAINT BELOW. [/SIZE]
