how much did you get that for?

i used to have my jb1 fitted with it but took it it off after top overhaul, nakakasikip kase sa engine bay! but it did serve its purpose (i think); now it's collecting dirt in the garage, i got mine at around 4k (IBEX brand)

usually nilalagay talaga yan to lessen the emission of the engine.

blade?! i never thought they'd carry those products! yeah, just like you said, i've known them to sell only accessories...and way overpriced at that.

    yeah, i'd say that's cheap, although mine was bigger; hence, it needed more room, considering the already cramped engine bay by default;

as to effectiveness, proven naman nga yan, but in my case...the leak was coming from other sources too, kaya i was not able to really guage.

more recommended ang mod na ito for turbo engines because of the amount of blow by driven by the turbo, but good then for older diesels for the same purpose.

    question lang sa hose.
    garden hose ba ito?
    gaano nyo na katagal gamit?
di i ba lumalambot kapag mainit at nag ko-collapse yong papunta sa intake?
    TIA.

    Thats Strada 2.5 DiD non-VGT.
    DIY lang yan OCC ko.
If you have the money, I suggest buy a decent OCC.
    There are sellers in sulit.ph.
I suggest you get the one that you can open the top to put some wire mesh.
If you can get one with the drain port, the better.
Also, make sure to get the one with the same nipple size as your breather outlet.
Usually, 9mm at 16mm lang yan. Diesel mostly is 16mm. But, better check yours.

May DIY OCC project ako ngayon for my 2001 Isuzu Fuego 4x2 4JA1 TDi engine, pag okey na, mag-post ako pictures. Estimated cost - Php500.00

installed a DIY oil catch can today using a half height clear water filter housing and 5 ft. 5/8" chemical hose ,6 stainless clamps, some brass and GI fitting. stuff some stainless mesh inside the filter to filter out the oil mist coming from the rocker cover.
