I'm sure it has something to do with the contamination in the fuel tank because when we took down the feed pump to clean it, it was full of debris inside. Hi, hope I can help. Just need to ask some questions.
What debris did you find? I suggest you also check the fuel and gas tank.
The system of fueling of most isuzu is gas tank to fuel lines to water seperator/feed fump to fuel filter to injection pump to injectors. Cleaning the gas tank (including strainer inside if equipped) water seperator and replacing the fuel filter and purging the system to flush the debris before in reaches the injector/nozzle tips would be in order.
