I have a Dmax and found out that there isn't any center hole on the rear bumper plastic for the installation of the "ball" for a light trailer unlike the old Fuego. I also noticed that underneath the plastic cover, there are 3 holes which I think may serve the purpose. The metal used is quite thick and "formed" unlike the old Fuego which was a thick metal sheet with a 2,000 lb rating. I wanted to install a ball so I can tow a light trailer or tie a tow rope to pull out a stranded car for short distances. There's also a provision for the installation of a tow-hook at the end of the chassis but if we use this, any rope or cable may damage the bumper as the chassis is much higher. Do you guys recommend I install a separate receiver that is bolted to the chassis? Where could I find one? I live in Cebu. Thanks in advance.
