Pero yung LS-E 4x2 and 4x4 has the Isuzu ADAS so expected na fully loaded similar to D-Max.

They're going after the fortuner pricing. Interesting move.

May 100k+ discounts kaya tulad nung sa d-max? Also sasalpakan din kaya nila ng blue power emblem? Hehehe.

Usual practice naman the MSRP is high. There will be discounts if they don't move units.

Eh akala ko it was only due to the safety guard bond when the new d-max came out last march.

Sayang they didn't make it across the a/t range.

    Unconfirmed specs:

    LS 1.9 4x2 A/T (1.59M)
    Electronic Parking Brake
10.1 touchscreen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto
    LED Lighting (Front and Rear)
    Black & gunmetal grille
    Black sidemirrors
    17" wheels

    LS-A 1.9 4x2 M/T (1.77M) 3.0 4x2 A/T (1.9M) adds
    Blind Spot Warning
    Rear Cross Traffic Alert
    Foglights
    Reverse Camera
    4-eye rear parking sensors
    Dual zone Climate Control
    Silver & chrome grille
    Body-colored sidemirrors
    18" wheels

    LS-E 3.0 4x2 A.T (2.1M) adds
    ADAS package
    Power Tailgate
    Rain-sensing wipers
    7 airbags
    Remote Engine Start
    8-speaker system
    Leather interior
    20" wheels

    LS-E 3.0 4x4 A/T (2.45M) adds Rough Terrain Mode.

Its looking like the base LS-A is bare bones except for the EPB and LED lights. No camera and sensors to be found.

LS-A fabric seats and manual lift tailgate for 1.9M offers the least value of the range. Gets blind spot monitor and RCW but no side or curtain airbags.

LS-E 4x2 looks fully loaded for 2.1M but the lack of a 360 camera is a turn-off since Montero GLS/GT, Fortuner V/Q, Terra VL all have it for less.

Unless they discount the whole range heavily, I can't see it moving significant volume. Can't rely on brand equity alone, even Toyota understands this now.

Supposedly there's also "Active Safety Features" on the 1.9 LS. Didn't explicitly mention what exactly but sounds like ABS and/or ESC.

Ganito siguro magiging hitsura ng ls-a variants.

Yung mags ng 1.9 LS reminds me of the 2016-2020 Innova mags.

Gone na yung "utilitarian" look of the base model MUX.

    1.9L LS wasn't bad either.

Pero I am leaning towards to LS-A 3.0L.

May konting utilitarian look pa rin for me.
But the reason why the mu-x sells is a lot of people just need a base model that’s reliable, rugged without bells and whistles and at an affordable price point.
Well, let’s see…

i echo the sentiments. guess ko bebenta pa din naman kaso at 1.6M kaso they are also leaving a lot of potential customers whose budget can only go so much..say 1.3-1.5M.

maski saksakan nila ang features yung base at 1.6m feeling ko baka madami set ng buyers still will find that price out of reach already.

problema pa pala nila meron pa atang fortuner at montero sport na mabibili at 1.4-1.5m?
