    Short answer, no.

    The important thing to know is that all smartphones have flash-based memory. No moving parts unlike in a mechanical hard drive, but even in a mechanical hard drive, magnets have to be very, very strong in order to corrupt data.

    If anything, magnets could theoretically mess up your phone's compass, but I use Waze on a daily basis and I haven't had any problems with my GPS connectivity.
