I ended up using Autosol's plastic cleaner. It was a very good cleaner and was able to clean a good amount of stains and spots. It also cleaned up some black gunk that looked like melted rubber. However, it wasn't strong enough to clean the very yellowed door handles on my driver's side which I think is already too far gone.
