anyway sirs did anyone got the headunit with the navigation for the tucson? i think it's another 40K++ for it and i'm not sure if it would be worth it

Too expensive. Go for aftermarket OEM head units rather than CASA-sponsored and save yourself 5 digits worth of pesos.

Meron sila Tsikot shop (Jedi) o kaya si Lurkercar na HU with NAVI,DVD, TV, etc.

Here's their numbers in case interesado ka:

Anyways, what's a good GPS unit?
I was thinking of the OEM headunit from sir Jedi, but then again, not sure what kind of map it uses. How does it compare to Garmin GPS?

Mas maganda kung dadayuhin mo na dito sa Manila. Sa Good Gear Taft Avenue near EDSA / Fronte Banawe 190/pc lang ang OEM Mobis mud guard.

Ganito dapay itsura nung mud guard

Kasi meron na Thailand made na mud guard para sa Tucson iX, mas mahal around 1K ata ang 1 set tapos hindi sakto yung fit ng rear.

Yung step board naman 15K sa Maspro Banawe.

2 sa members namin ganyan yung kinabit na HU. Malinaw naman pati rear camera. Ok rin yung sound quality at Garmin yung GPS nyan.

Sir Sg, ma void po ba ang waranty kung maglagay ng k&n ram intake at unichip sa tucson natin? Gusto ko pong magpalagay para naman maging efficient yung theta engine ...

Yes sir, pero personally I wouldn't mind. In case something happens, balik mo muna sa stock before going to the casa since medyo plug and play lang yung SRi at Unichip.

BTW, I recommend AEM Dry Type filter. Looks exactly the same as K&N pero mas maganda kasi di kailangan ng oil. May issues kasi na yun oil na nilalagay sa filter ng K&N nakaka-damage daw ng mga sensor.
