    Is it relatively easy to convert an M/T Starex, say a '98 12-seater, into an A/T? Would a surplus A/T be available? Thanks!

    Its not advisable, better just get an A/T Starex and sell your M/T.

    There might be tranny problems when you let you M/T trannt be converted to A/T

    Doable but not advisable, better just sell it and get another Starex with A/T.
