At any speed sir. Yung sipol niya hindi gaya nung sa mga fort at Monty. Yung sipol is dependent on the engine rpm. The higher the rpm the louder the whistle. Yung sound ng whistle parehas dun sa mga tractor trucks...or to an extent dun sa mga pampasaherong jeep, albeit mas mahina yung Volume hehe. Last 15k pms ko may findings yung casa na whistling turbo. Sa inyo ba may ganun din?

20000 km na ang 2011 Tucson 2.0 crdi AT namin.
Good points.
1. Fuel economy at 11-12 km per liter city driving.
2. Good A/C pa rin.
Bad points.
1. Noisy brakes.
2. Damaged rubber button of remote key.
3. Malfunctioning key switch. The key alarm still beeps even when keys are already removed. You have to press the key switch with a finger.
Overall is good but not as durable as our 2009 Honda civic.
Dinala ko sa casa ang tucson 2011 for 25K pms (only 14121km odo reading) at pina check ko ang whistling sound at diagnose daw ng service center is baka sa turbo daw, still waiting for todays update to confirm. Dinala ko ng probinsya and travel around Panay island and average consumption for the whole trip hanggang makabalik ng fairview is 13.3 km/ltr.

4 days natulog sa Hyundai quezon avenue ang tucson ko sir at para check daw nila maigi at yun Hindi ang conclusion nila ay sa turbo daw talaga. Ginawan na lang ng report sir at try daw nila claim sa extended warranty. Antay pa ako ng tawag nila sir kung ano ang maging resulta sa warranty claim.

Same pala tayo ng casa na pinasok. Sa Quezon Ave ko rin pina warranty. 3 days din yung tucson ko doon pero wala rin makitang sira daw.. Or so they say. What's weird is a few weeks earlier, nung pinasok ko si tucson for the 15k pms sila pa mismo ang nagsabi na ipa Check yung turbo kasi may whistling sound. And naka indicate din yun sa recommendation sa job order ng 15k pms. So nung nag claim nako ng warranty biglang bwelta sila na wala daw problema. Pasok pa ako sa original warranty kasi since 2 years old palang yung unit. Alam ko pag extended warranty na pahirapan na mag claim. Sino pala SA na nag asikaso sayo?

has any one encountered a faulty hatch lock? most of the time I'm having problems opening my 2010 Tucson's hatch. tried searching on the net, the most common problem is the actuator. tried to pry it open but no luck. I plan to go to seiring within the week to look for a replacement.
I have sa right side door. Pag tuloy-tuloy lock unlock in succession (3x) naiiwan o ayaw na gumalaw nang lock. Pinatignan ko sa casa, ba sinagot nang warranty kaya napalitan kanina.
I have my 95+K PMS last Jan 13 and i complained about the noise sa gulong o sa shock paminsan minsan. Kala ko may defect na ang shock absorber o may nadaanan na bato pero wala naman when I checked sa mirror. Yon nakita nila malambot na ang end assembly nang tie rod pati ang stabilizer assembly sa front at ang stab. link sa likod. Sabi subukan nila ipasok sa warranty claim, kala ko nagbibiro lang at sa Jan 25 end na nang 5 year extended warranty. Ba after a week tumawag at dumating na daw pyesa at scheduled nila today Jan 24 ang kabit. I'm happy its all free at nakahabol pa sa warranty. Ang napalitan sa front : L&R Jt.assembly inner ball, end assembly tie rod, at ang stab link assembly. Ang sa likod ang available na stab.link meron pala may ari kala nila stock kaya waiting ang sa likod. All in all pati ang door latch assembly more than 11K nalibre. Hindi pa kasama dito ang sa likod na stab. Napalitan na ito dati gawa nang toktok sound na coming pala doon sa sensor. Kaw nakadiskubre noon sir di ba?) Bilis nang taon, 5 years na si tucson natin..... Malaking pagbabago parang brand new e drive, except mabigat. After ko mapa align, okay na. Post ko sana ito sa tucson PMS thread pero indi ko makita ang link? Subukan mo sir claim sa warranty.

Galing mo talaga sir. nakita ko kung paano nila ginawa ang tie rod at stabilizer assembly sa harap. LR yon, mabilis lang. pero pagdating sa latch, doon sila mas natagalan sa right side door latch assembly. hirap sila at dinudukot lang nila. Galing mo talaga. Paano sir benta na natin Tucson? akin ayaw at wala pampalit hahaha.

Hello to all the Tucson owners, I'm having some issues with my Hyundai Tucson ( 2012 4WD Gas T2.0 Limited 13KM).
Recently, I started to notice that the car sometimes lurches while driving and engine/car vibrates violently. This has been going on for about a month, but last night, things got really bad as I noticed that during periods when the car is slowing down to a stop or while completely stopped, the RPM goes way below (i.e. between 0.5 and 0.75) and the car starts sputtering. It hasn't come to a point where it stalls, but the idling is super low and the engine vibrates vigorously. Also, while driving, I notice that the engine sputters around the 40 to 45 kph range.
I've been searching the net and it seems like a common problem for Tucson owners. Most people mention that its the TPS (Throttle Sensor) thats the problem. I'll be bringing it to the CASA this weekend to have it checked. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and if yes, was the CASA able to fix it? May I know what the problem was and what the solution was?
