Went to Maspro kanina and finally met sir benjie. Magaling at maalam nga talaga! Upgraded to the GT808 alarm, replaced my park light bulb to LED, got the yellow fog light bulbs. Tapos kinabitan na rin ng bypass switch ni sir benjie rear cam ko so that with a flick of a switch i can activate the rear cam while still being able to use the DVD/Radio/TV. Ayus!

Tsaka na headlight upgrade same as you guys. Pagisipan ko muna, madugo rin kasi.

Sirs/Maam, Do you notice that your breaking system is too loud sometimes? It seems a little bothersome at times when I let go of the break pedal and then hear the break system releasing... Sounds like its too tight or lacking lubrication.

Are you referring to the inside pedal? Mine is also the same with a slight squeaking sound when you release the brake pedals. I'm guessing it's a lack of lubrication somewhere underneath. I'll have it checked when I have time this weekend. Suggested tyre pressure normally is 30psi. AFAIK, during my 1km, they tighten the bolts so it should run smoother than before. Prior to that, I did experience the busy ride too.

Ok naman head unit ko, mahina lang ang Tv tuner pero everything else is ok naman. Bluetooth phone works fine also. Next project na yung Night vision back-up camera like yours, medyo madugo na. Mahirap mahawa sayo, ang gastos! will post my humble set up later.

Hello Sir Flipchip, dapat talaga ipa-check mo sa dealer mo... Oo nga medyo squeaky ang sound ng preno nya.... Medyo bumpy sa highway... Ako rin nga ang pressure ng tires ko ay 30psi sa harap tapos 29psi sa likod...

Lapit na rin ang check-up ng SF ko for my 5000kms! Pa-check ko na rin yung brake pedal ko... Thanks for your observation Sir...

Do you notice that your breaking system is too loud sometimes? It seems a little bothersome at times when I let go of the break pedal and then hear the break system releasing... Sounds like its too tight or lacking lubrication.

Also, I've been noticing that my Ebony Black 4x4 CRDI has a 'busier' ride when I go through bumps or uneveness in the road or highway. I can really feel imperfections in the road. Can my car have tighter suspension settings than usual? I've noticed this since I've had my first 1k miles service. I've put the pressure on my tires at 29 psi for the front and rear. Is this normal?

Any suggestions how I can deal with the noise and the busy ride? I'm planning on having the car serviced although I'm not sure if warranty or even insurance can take care of this -- I'm using in-house insurance.

hello po! we are planning to buy santa fe next month but we are torn between the 4x4 V6 & CRDi. please help us decide naman o. eversince kasi gusto ko na ng gasoline na car over diesel. kaya lng magastos nga daw sa gas yun V6. how much ba full tank ng V6 & how many kms. per liter? sabi kasi sa casa 10 to 13 kms. per liter daw yung V6. how true? i doubt it kasi e. baka pwede pa yun sa CRDi. what are the other advantages of CRDi other than sa tipid sa gas? please help us decide naman. many thanks to u guys. =) by the way, i'm from Baguio City.

I don't see anything wrong with the V6, imo mas matipid ang CRDI sa FC. Since your from Baguio, baka you might need the extra pull from a 4WD. May 4WD naman yata sa CRDI. Pero zoom zoom pag V6

i'm doing between 6-6.2 km/l on my V6 SF, FC depends on your driving habits and also the fuel that you use. the most that I think someone can get on the V6 is 7 km/l. choosing between the gas and the diesel really depends on you. before buying my SF i test drove the diesel and i found it really responsive and great to drive, but i chose the gasoline simply because i'm used to gasoline engines and of course the climate control.

Ayun, ikaw pala naka V6, 7km/liter pala. Pwede na compared to other gas fed suv's. Yung 2008 pala is 3.3L... sa america.

Hi Jailanjz. im from Baguio too and I have an ebony black 4x4 Crdi FE. Although i dont usually use the 4x4 kasi malakas na ang hatak kahit 4x2 pa lang, but it might come in handy if you have 4x4 function kasi alam mo naman dito sa bundok. That was my consideration. -kaya ako kumuha ng 4x4- gamit na gamit ko during steep climb. My city fuel consumption 7-9km/li and the last time i drove to manila - 16-17km/li(city + hi-way). in the end.. it still your choice, 4x4 or V6.
