But Toyota Balintawak and North EDSA are not that close. Toyota Balintawak is already in the Kalookan side of EDSA past NLEX malapit na sa Monumento, Toyota NORTH EDSA is in Quezon City part of EDSA near SM North EDSA. At isa pa Toyota Balintawak and North EDSA are owned by the same people. Etong Hyundai Balintawak and North EDSA are so close (1 minute walk, 15 sec. car) and they are not owned by the same people... Hyundai Balintawak is LAUS Group yung North EDSA not sure pero its not LAUS...

may mga ganyang strategy eh.. meron pa nga ako kilala.. appliance store sa olongapo.. magkatapat yung store nila.. so pag hindi nakuha nung isa.. don sa kabila pumupunta.. so sa kanila pa din ang pasok nang pera.. so ganyan din yan.. kahit anong mangyari... sa hyundai pa din pasok nang pera nyan..

Its owned by different owners so magpapatayan yang dalawang yan for sales... IMO mali ang strategy, HARI should protect the interest of every individual dealership... They should have told Hyundai NORTH EDSA to build somewhere else to capture a bigger geographical scope instead of poaching an already occupied teritory... Now if it was owned by the same person ok lang parang extension pero kung iba may ari ibang usapan, magpapatayan yan...
