Hi Guyz,,,
Thanks

In terms of features, definitely their units trump the ones distributed by HARI and the local Kia distributor. So they have the ace for purchases.
Warranty-wise, i think they're as tight-*$$ed as HARI. Have to wait for the replies of gray market buyers here though.
what about the warranty?
can somebody post the contact details of Hancar and Pitshop?
I bought my Starex CVX from Pitstop 2 years ago, and wala naman akong problema sa after sales nila. They also replaced, free of charge because its still covered by warranty, the keyless remote unit. May kamahalan nga lang yung periodic maintenance nila, but if you keep the sked, your vehicle won't give you any problem. My service advisor is Norson, and Pitstop's number is 376-2133. You can also look for RJ Mendoza at 0917-5135321. Pitstop's located along Quezon Avenue in front of Mystique.
got my veloster from them. no problems whatsoever. service people are fast and efficient.
For sales..contact Rose Sales at Pitstop 09237174554
I heard sometimes they have coming in shipment...as per their records..full specs..but when the unit arrives..sometimes it has some missing features...but she explains that best to wait till the unit gets to their showroom to really see what it includes sa unit...
Ask ko lang if nag purchase ako ng starex sa any dealers.
1. Service = saan po pwede magpa maintenance? Pwede ba sa mismong hyundai casa local branches? Pag galing hancar ung unit po
If yes same charge lng ba at compatible nmn parts?
2. Local vs Grey Market= made in ano po ba mga units na to?
3. Quiality wise same lng nmn local noh? Swertehan lng din tlga at kung paano gamitin.
1.) Im not sure. Pero compatible naman. Paservice mo na lang saan mo binili
2.) Pareho silang korea
Yung claim nilang 5 years, hindi yun bumper to bumper..
+1. Learned this the hard way. They can't even fix a leaking window. Any part you try to claim is deemed a consumable or "wear and tear" item. Mas deny-happy pa yata sila sa HARI. Service is amusingly exorbitant, you'd think they were joking but no. Pity, the showroom and waiting area are so nice, but it costs an arm and a leg to get service there. They don't even itemize expenses for PMS items. And they claim they're cheaper than HARI dealership service.
Get a Toyota or Nissan.
Pwede raw magdala ng own oil but they will charge you the full cost of their own oil anyway. Compared to having some type of corkage lang or none sa ibang casa.
Haha, camera lang ayaw pang ayusin? What crooks. This coming from the owner who claims he was denied warranty repeatedly by Toyota on his lemon Camry. So much so that he put up his own dealership so others won't experience the same.
Sya rin siguro owner ng shop na ito:

So far I'm happy with Auto Access West Avenue (formerly Eurostandard Motors). Nagkaroon din ng leak yung rear quarter panel window sa kanan ng GS namin, they were able to fix it at the 1st try. Ok din gamit nilang oil for the GS kasi yung S-Oil nila complies with the standard for the GS which is at least API CI-4 and higher
