Hancars vs. pitstop vs. standout vs. eurostandard

Which gray market can give the best deal for the 2013 grand starex (ex. Semi limousine model) in terms of features/ accessories/ insurance/ etc. ? Is it true that hancars is already selling the 2014 grand starex? I read in a forum that hancars has the 2014 model already. Thanks
