Malamang malakas sa gas yan, laki ng kaha eh. Your better off with a Nissan Juke tapos hindi naman stripped down

if money is no object, gas is the easy route but with the cheap price of diesel but but but with this Tucson and the 250K difference. damn too hard decision hehehe
Ano ang discount ngayon sa Tucson GL CRDi? Planning to have one next week.
Less 100k ang nakuha ko. And from one dealer, new units now have Android HU w/ reverse Camera and keyless remote system. Still has 100k cash discount.

yan ba yun entry level model na one airbag lang, diba 1.3M yun so 1.2M with touch HU and reverse cam? that's good I guess, better than the deal I got with my SF 11 years ago, na 1.5M na bare na one airbag din. eh yan Tucson ngaun, Santa fe na sante fe yan talaga noon eh minus 7 seater. I parked my 2nd gen SF sa isang bago Tucson recenlty sa Trinoma parking, sabi ko sayo, can't see the difference in terms of length, height and wide. and me knowing my SF in and out, how cheap it is to maintain as well as parts, I'd get another one for the reason na 1.2M na lang bile ko ngaun tapos bago pa, tapos may touch hu and reverse cam pa.
yun nga lang nakak-excite yan i-rerelease ng Honda na diesel CRV. I mean it's a CRV, 300K na lang meron ka talaga japanese diesel made by a durable Jap Brand
Yes Sir. Current Tucson GL CRDi. One dealer told me units arriving August 6, I can opt for the newer units with Android HU, reverse camera and remote keyless alarm system with 100k discount or the older one with 110k discount.
My dad owns 2010 Sorento R-eVGT. Parts are cheap (outside CASA) and no problems so Far. Single airbag for the tucson is a bummer. Given that some minicars have dual airbags as standard.

i went to hyundai last weekend. the entry level model doest have fog lamps, side repeaters, roofrack, leather seats, automatic climate control, passenger airbag, push stsrt, steering controls, immobilizer
and they are going to replace the standard hu with third party blackwood AVN unit with reverse cam, and third parry alarm, with 4 reverse sensors. no autosensing door locks, and the rims are the common alloy silver
priced at 1268000. no wonder people are opting for the Montero or MUX. eh 200k na lang may big SUV ka na. a mas durable pa sa current road conditions. i own a SF croosover 2nd gen, i know kung gano kahina ang suspension ng hyundai crossover sa kalsada natin, in 2 years time dami na lagutok.
this is one expensive car na pinamahal coz of what it's a diesel pero halos wala ka ma-enjoy na amenities . get the loaded version at 1.5M still no automatic controls and leather seats.
one expensive car, tapos Korean made lang, people who will buy this either have a different taste lang talaga or they dont know how they are duped in pto getting a close to handicapped car, imagine installing sftermarket keyless entry alarm, backup sensors and touch unit with reverse cam, source it all in lazada, you can get all of it P20k minus installation pa. any old car can install that.
We recently test drove 2019 Hyundai Tucson

You mighht have gotten it confused with Kia. Hyundai - HARI, Kia - Ayala.
But I agree with you though, the base trim of The Tucson will definitely be bare. The old model did not have the Sportronic transmission, fog lamps or even the rear a/c vents & so many other features.

If I may chime in, if you only put in a few Kms a day with frequent starts & stops & doing just City runabouts, the gas variant might be the better option. The diesel is happier when driven long & continuous. If not, a 45 minute trip down the tollway every 2 weeks is recommended. The CRDI R engine is quite thirty on short trips but very economical on long ones.

I was down in Hyundai Las Piñas yesterday & I checked this all new Tucson 2.0 D base model. For some reason, I can’t figure Hyundai out. Their position in the market is so firmly rooted already but I am wondering why they don’t capitalize on this. I have a year old Kia Sportage & the reason I bought this over the Tucson is mainly because the Sportage is better packed with fog lamps, rear a/c vents & drive mode select (normal, eco or sports mode driving setting). Here it is now, 2019 models coming out for both brands & knowing they are sister brands, it is quite perplexing that the base Tucson is still inadequately packed compared to the face lifted Sportage. The Tucson has a 2 din HU, 6 speed tranny, still no a/c vents & fog lamps. The Sportage, on the other hand, also has no fog lamps but has auto light control, drive mode select, rear a/c & floor vents, touch screen HU w/ navigation & steering wheel controls. It also has kept up with the competition by upping the tranny to an 8 speed transmission. Mind you, those additions will make a big difference in the real world. In my opinion, for a few thousand more, the Kia will be a better buy.
