    Hindi kasi active sa FB mga nandoon. You should also consider that we are busy with our work/school activities right now. Especially me now that our thesis defense is very near. Don't worry, magkakaroon din ng EB once all our schedule permits it.

    I just came from a mini-EB with the Santa Fe club and I heard some disturbing news regarding the new Sonata...

    Medyo problematic daw ECU nito? Which is kinda scary cause the car is new...

    Actually si koolken and C190 nagkwento sakin kanina sa EB. We saw a Sonata kasi parked eh so ayun kwentuhan tapos umabot duon... Not good if its true, ECU is serious business di ito small problem lang...

    Just like the sudden acceleration issue of Toyota. ECU might be the culprit IMO..

    OT: Great daming pumunta... Daming mga newbies din... Wala nga lang sila Ladyrider and Sylar...

    Well I hope they fix the ECU cause this will become a headache especially after the warranty expires...

    so far wala naman akong nagiging problema with my sonata.

    iba pa rin kasi if directly nanggaling na sa owner, vs yung ''ang sabi ni ano pare sabi daw ng friend nyang nakasonata'' lol.


    ang issue ko right now is naputol yung hose ng washer windshield ko.. nabutas xia mag isa. i dont know how it happened. kinain ng daga? cockroach? lol

    as in paano kaya nangyari yun?

    It came from an owner who told my Santa Fe club buddies... Believe me the Santa Fe Club peeps are very aware of all things Hyundai. Our president even knows Fe Agudo personally...

    Sana nga di mangyari sayo yung ECU problem...

    AFAIK, the sonata engine is same with Tucson - Theta 2.0, right?

    Gudpm just want to ask if every 5k ba ang pms nang sonata?? kasi casa told me every 5k daw so does that mean they use synthetic oil only not fully synthetic

    Di ata allan, the Sonata has a 2.4L engine... Sa ibang bansa may 2.0L yan tapos may GDi versions pa...

    Ah ganun ba? Before 10:30PM umalis na ako eh had to do something kasi early nung Saturday as usual...

    Yup every 5k kms ang PMS. Every 10k kms ang oil change then after every 5k kms after oil change top up ng oil

    Don't know the exact details tanungin mo na lang si Starex_Gold (via PM siguro kasi the problem is not well documented pa) mas alam nya ang finer details of Hyundai's kasi kilala nya mga insiders... Ako just hearing about it is enough, wala naman ako Sonata so I don't care about the details...
