Hi,

May ask lang ako regarding sa preno ni Elantra 1.8, is it normal po ba na medyo may tumutunog or parang nag uuntugan pag nag rerelease po ako ng break, specifically mas malakas yung tunog pag naka inclined ako then releasing the break. Anyone who experience this issue? TIA

Pati ba sa 1.6L, organic material din ang gamit sa break pads? Mas mabilis bang mapudpod?

AFAIK same lang sir.lahat ata ng brakepad ng hyundai organic. CMIIW na lang mga sir.

- audio controls sa steering wheels
- power side mirrors
- iPhone/iPod connector sa headunit
- Bluetooth
- Alloy na din spare tire same type nung default wheels

Anong average range ng FC nito? Hoping more than 10km/L in city driving.

I bought my unit 2 years ago although I don't think that any specs have changed.. (1.6 M/T)

- No audio controls sa wheel. Only controls sa wheels ay ang trip button (for cycling through the trip computer display) and a reset button.
- Power adjustable side mirrors yes but it is not power folding side mirrors
- Yung default HU may USB input and a friend of mine was able to make his Iphone 5 stream music to the HU. (that's all I can say as I'm not much of an apply guy :P)
- no bluethooth on default HU. you would need to buy a separate module
- Alloy din ang spare, same mags and same tyres as the default wheels.

Average FE, it really depends on what type of city driving... I can easily average 10 km/L city IF if not gridlocked EDSA / Buendia rush hour traffic. I can easily achieve that going to and from makati if I avoid rush hours like going to work at about 7 am and going home a bit late. So doing my best avoiding gridlocked traffic 10 km/l is achievable. But I've seen it go to as low as 6-7 if I have to contend with gridlock.

I observed that my gls performs better with shell fuels. I generally get better FC with shell even between shell nitro racing and petron blaze. Petron used to be my preferred brand but it turns out not with my ellie.

Has anyone installed iridium spark plugs in their ellies? San po kaya makakabili nito? Tried sa casa pero for genesis coupe lang ang meron sila, which is not compatible with our ellies.

sa GCAS sir sa mindanao ave may oem iridium spark plugs. less than 1.5k lang. pero mas ok gamitin yung mga ngk, denso brand.

My fuel gauge is at 2/3 indicated but full tank na sya. Will resetting the ecu fix this?

mga sir at maam, ano FC niyo sa 2012 2013 1.6 AT MT Elantra? parang ang lakas nung akin 9.6L/100KM ang reading sa guage. pero nung full tank method ako pumapalo ako ng 11kms/L. 1300 kms odo reading

9.6L/100km = 10.4kms/L
halos pareho naman yung computation, give or take a few.
