July 9th, 2011 12:51 PM #1447me caveat din sir kung hindi puno ang fuel tank kasi mas malaki ang space para mag-evaporate ang gas, which is very volatile. in essence, you're losing gas even though you're not using your car. mas malaki pa lalo ang effect nito pag nakabilad ang kotse mo sa initan.
take note din to deduct yung additional weight ng glass bottle ng 1 liter coke when you imagine the 20 pcs, which might also be substantial.

July 9th, 2011 02:08 PM #1449hi! just went over two showrooms of hyundai to check out the new elantra. i'm a prospective buyer and honestly, was impressed with the car inside and out.
however, when i was going through the car inch by inch to check on detailed finishes, i noticed that the paint job on the door sills (both left and right side of the car) wasn't quite perfect. the finish looked like some bubbles had formed on the topcoat. for those who already have their new elantras, can you check if your cars show the same paint finish?
i read in an internationa hyundai forum that this could be undercoating that managed to be applied continuously up to the doors sills. to my mind, this never should have reached and appeared on the side face of the car. one car on display had about an inch wide showing this, while another had about a centimeter wide -- so hindi standard. an undercoat should remain under the car right? i think hyundai just painted over it, and the result is quite unsightly.
i have a photo of this, although i cant find the upload photo button in here (sorry, newbie). might not be an issue for some, but those with a keen eye will not miss it. have told the hyundai reps about this so they can check on their fleet inventory, if all cars are finished the same. they said they will investigate it.
