I finally got my Elantra 1.6L a/t today. Everything ok except napansin ko na matigas yung gas pedal compared to our other vehicles. Ganyan ba talaga?

Ano manyayari if naka-off? Try k muna on yng Eco kasi kaka-full tank ko lang, measure k muna FC before mag-1,000 km.
Pero yung Starex namin naka-turn off ang Eco. Never namin binuksan hehehe

Active ECO operation
Active ECO helps improve fuel efficiency
by controlling the engine, transaxle and
air conditioner. But fuel-efficiency can be
changed by the driver's driving habits
and road conditions
Limitation of Active ECO
operation:
If the following conditions occur while
Active ECO is operating, the system
operation is limited even though there is
no change in the ECO indicator.
• When the coolant temperature is low:
The system will be limited until engine
performance becomes normal.
• When driving up a hill:
The system will be limited to gain power
when driving uphill because the engine
torque is restricted.
• When using sports mode:
The system will be limited according to
the shift location.
• When the accelerator pedal is deeply
pressed for a few seconds:
The system will be limited Judging that
the driver wants to speed up.
Good day to everyone... Been reading this thread since my arrival here in Geoje Island, South Korea last January 2013...I used to work in a Korean shipyard there in Subic before, but was transferred here by my company after our projects were finished there... Upon my arrival, my company gave me a 2010 Avante 1.6at... The performance was good... But after four (4) months, because of my company's three (3) years leasing program... They change my car to a 2013 Avante (a.k.a. Elantra)... Also a 1.6at model... Drove the car to Seoul and back... In five (5) days, already have almost 1000kms on its odometer...
Nagka-1st gen CRV din ako dati and I don't recall the pedals being that stiff. Bahala na, sana lumambot na after a few more runs.
But overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
Pros:
1. Good power coz of light weight body
2. Soft stirring maybe due to 15" mags
3. Big interior space
Cons:
1. Slightly stiff pedals (but it could be only me... high standards of me, maybe?)
2. Bad radio unit for the 1.6L
3. No auto up for the driver side window (auto down lang).. pwede kaya eto pa-modify na pwede auto up?
