    bro, as usual si Mon din ang nakausap ko, sabi ko paki update ako thru text within the day, as i expected hindi rin nag reply,
    I also agree kay maxhedrum, sa kanila tayo bumili, bakit tayo ang didiretso sa HARI, siguro maganda iaddress natin sa dalawang company yung letter, one for the Dealer and one for HARI.

    bro jayrb, baka pwede natin malaman kung kanino in particular natin iaadress yung letter sa dealer and sa HARI, mas maganda kasi kung yung specific name ng manager ng dealer atsaka pinaka vice president ng HARI, para talagang they will know that we mean business here!

    In my opinion, tama lang na i-address natin ang problemang ito ni HARI. I do believe na itong problemang ito ay na-escalate na sa technical service team ni HARI. Ang hindi nga lang natin alam is yong course of action nila, kaya hanggang ngayon, nakatingala pa rin ang ibang nakabili about how to resolve this issue.

    Actually nong sinubukan ko yong isang unit, a 1.4AT din, the engine only knocks when aircon is on. Pag nakapatay naman yong aircon, the engine revs really good, no knocking whatsoever.

    I got my unit last April, and it seems it's running fine. V-Power & Super Unleaded yong fuel na kinakarga ko.

    Wag na tayo umasa na magkakaron ng concern ang mga respective SA's natin, kaya ako bwisit nako sa dealer ko. Pero naiintindihan ko rin sila dahil ipit sila sa gitna, ang HARI dapat nag asikaso nyan. Ang magagawa lang ni dealer is recommend lang.
    Dealer kasi ako ng isang beer brand and pag may nagreklamo na customer regarding sa product ako rin napuputukan samantalang reseller lang ako. Same with car dealers na reseller din sila. Kaya dapat talga sa HARI tayo magrereklamo and sila na bahala mag delegate ng action sa mga respective dealers nila

    Update lng guys, hyundai greenhills called me up this morning and informed me na may bagong ECU update daw given to HARI by korea hmc. I had it applied na rn coz wala naman tyo choice but to try at mag baka sakaling nakuha na nila ung correct settings. power wise nag improve naman talga kaso i'm still using vpower so the real test would be once mag unleaded gasoline ako.

    Hope someone connected to HARI could confirm if this update really came from korea or just another way to buy time on this issue. Or others can also call their respective dealers and check if this update was also given to them.

    Well for me ever since may tumunog sa engine ko which until now present and obvious pa din. hindi ko pa naidadala sa casa for check-up. pero naman kasi lahat na kayo nag sasabi na palipat-lipat na kayo ng casa wala naman resolution. kaya na set na sa mind ko na ganun din ang ma isasagot saken. Nasabi at nagawa nyo na halos lahat ng maisip nyo pero wala pa din solution.

    ITS TIME for us to meet and file a formal complaint to HARI so that they'll know that we're serious.isip cguro nila puro lang tayo dada dito sa forum walang action.

    Aba mukhang good news yan, before you had the update may knocking po accent nyo? And after meron pang knock? Right now im on petron blaze pero knocking galore parin engine ko.

    Iirc, si jayrb after the update had the low power issue, then this latest update umokey na yung low power, pero hindi pa clear kung no knocking. Kung no knocking naman and him using shell vpower then thats also good news. Ako kasi kahit petron blaze na with 100 octane ganun parin may knock, same low rpm knocking parin, although a bit less louder than when im on petron xcs or caltex silver. Kaso nung nagpakarga ako ng blaze meron pang 2 bars left sa tank ko, 31 liters ang nakargang blaze so approximately meron pang 12 liters left of the old fuel. Kaya probably nahahalo sa blaze kaya nag knock parin.

    Plan ko this time patuyuin ang tank and fill up with purely blaze. Nakakainis kasi yung hyundai erod ayaw i-update ang ecu ko. Yung ibang casa kasi is out of the way na sa akin and i dont have the luxury of time para maghanap mg ikot ikot pa sa mga casa to find a cure. Sana nga maging good news na yung kay bro jayrb para susugod narin ako sa hyundai greenhills hehehe

    wow naman. matutuloy na ako kumuha ng accent pag ok yung update mo. Hindi pa din ako kumukuha kahit 3months na ako walang kotse. kasi fiesta and accent gusto ko. ang fiesta yung rack and pinion naman, sa accent engine knock. i think pag nauna naayos accent. accent nalang kukunin ko. hehe .update us later sir. thanks

    Just to clear it up, i already had 3 updates.

    1st update - to resolve knock issue, although may mahina pa rn knock sound specially on low rpm but it won't be noticed unless you intentionally listen to it. but as a result, nag karon ng low power issue,

    2nd update - alam ko wala tlaga gnawa dito they just reset the ECU. Odd thing is after this 2nd reset maayos ung takbo on the initial run pero eventually unti unting nag kkaron ng delay or low power sa acceleration. May knock sound pa rn but just like the 1st update very minimal ung sound.

    3rd update - they assured me na may update tlaga coz they mentioned something about "ECU ID" (i'm not really sure of the term) na different from the one i currently have so that will prove daw na meron tlga update na illagay. They also mentioned that it came from Korea HMC. Although i felt an improvement on the acceleration and tahimik specially on low rpm (just like i first drove it out from the CASA). I'm still a bit reluctant to say na it's finally resolved unless i test it with different gas. I'll test it probably for the whole week with different gas.

    Hopefully i can provide a positive feedback at the end of the week. Goodluck to all owners, sana maging positive ang outcome ng update na toh.

    Its either kaya Greenhills palang ang may ECU settings na ito, baka HARI is testing it as well before i-distribute yung settings sa ibang dealers. Pero good news ito ah!!!

    Hindi agad dealer of the year yan. AFAIK ang dealer of the year overall rating ng sales at service. Kung mahina sa sales ang GH baka service lang sila manalo..

    Kung kaya nila itumba ang Quezon Avenue. Hehehe
