November 9th, 2010 07:34 PM #3082Yes sir that can't be original. If you want porma, i suggest you go with 19's sir. If you are after performance, go for 18's.
You need to know the width and the offset of the rims you are getting sir. The rims might end up hitting the suspension and you might not be able to use it. sayang pera.

November 10th, 2010 11:08 AM #3085Yes sir!
18's or 19's, you are safe with +20 to +25 offset sir if you are looking to have your rims look good on the car. By that i mean flushness. I went with +20 and it sticks out. Stock is +35. So if you get rims that are the same offset, parang nagpalit ka lang ng design ng mags. It really depends on what look you are going for sir.

November 10th, 2010 02:53 PM #3088You can run it stock sir. But there are chances that the rims will hit the suspension so i suggest you test it out first. You have to be careful when choosing mags especially for RWD cars like ours. You don't plan to lower with car after the mags sir?
Wala po sir sound yung stock.

I'm still reading a lot of threads and articles regarding flushing, dropping, lowering, etc of the car. But up until now I'm still having a hard time understanding the need of those and that's why I really appreciate you answering my queries
If I'm going to drop my car I have to deal with the notorious humps and pot holes in our street kaya dilly dally ako mag drop.
I've seen a lot of dropped GC and they look nice, kaya lang they are not from our country so maybe they can afford to. If I should lower the car mga ilang inches kaya?
if I change rims w/ the offset you suggested(+20 to +25 offset), does dropping the car will have a high chance that the rims will hit the suspension? tama po ba?

Hindi lang pala pamporma, will improve your handling as well pag lowered, given maganda yung springs mo.
Or mag Coilovers ka para maadjust mo height.
