Sri or CAI intake for honda SiR?

performance wise... CAI is better since it sucks air away from the hot engine. cooler air = better power. the thing is, we are in the philippines that flash floods are a normal since. 1 -1.5 foot of flood will result to stalling.

meron ako nabasa pwede mag fabricate ng CAI? like ung SRI mo lalagyan mo ng extra tube para away from engine?

is this effective? same performance naba ng CAI?

paano kaya? cant comment on that kasi ive never seen such fabrication.

EDIT: since your area or places you go to are not flood prone, better talaga CAI. if you see flood, iwas na lang.

eh ok lang ba ung mga talsik ng tubig? like pag naulan, ung mga talsik ng tubig baka pumasok sa CAI since malapit lang sa ground? especially pag my nadaan na konti baha tapos mabilis baka mapasukan?

san maganda bumili ng CAI at ano brand? thanks.

ok lang naman yung mga tilansik sa road while the road is wet, may splash guard naman sa bumper. if you plan to do CAI get your friends intake injen then buy the rest of the injen. if no, nothing beats knn IMO.

EDIT: then put on straight pipe muffler and headers para nakakahinga ng maluwag yung makina.

may kadugtong pa na isang tubo, yung parang tubo paunta sa bumper then yung cone is the filter itself.

EDIT: or yung tube itself hangang bumper na yan? alam ko kasi pababa pa lang yan then may isang tubo pa para diretso sa front bumper.

sabi kasi ng friend ko ayan na daw un e. un nga din pinagtataka ko. parang kulang sya. chaka diba dapat nakatapat ung filter sa ground chaka malaya dapat sa engine? eh parang SRI lang yan pg malapit?
