You are welcome! I'm just sharing my experience to you guys and hopefully we will learn from it. I hope they improve their after sales service after I sent them a negative feedback on their service. On my next PMS or repair, I will probably try this dealership again but I will have to choose a different service advisor. I think half of my problem was my service advisor. My service advisor then was very inefficient unlike my past service advisors who were very efficient and has the initiative to call me for updates.

You should've considered that there are a lot of flood damaged vehicles in most, if not all, shops right now.

December 25th, 2009 04:19 PM #37merry christmas to all. we were not able to go to the province for two reasons.
1. was not able to get an alternative ride. for hire vans that are affordable don't like to travel on christmas day. understandable, christmas naman kasi. those available on christmas day, yung mga commercial rent-a-cars are too expensive. we also help my aunt with her medical expenses, medyo malaki kasi ang cost ng medicines and therapy, so we agreed to just save the money so that we could add it to our regular contribution to her medical expenses.
2. my mother is also not feeling quite well.
we have decided to celebrate christmas this monday. mas madali na makakuha ng cheaper alternative ride. so far, based on our phone conversations with our aunt, ok naman. siguro, that is one of the things that comes with age, your more patient. in the end, tuloy pa rin ang pasko. masaya pa rin.
before i end, i just noticed that some replies insinuate that i have asked too much from this company. siguro, i just have to share my side.
i brought the car to the dealership the first week of december. according to the SA, ma release daw after one week. so i'm quite confident na medyo malaki yung allowance for delays. i also thought of the high number of flood damaged cars in the dealership, pero i trusted the estimate of the SA kasi its his job and he should have known better. pero ngayon, mukhang magiging one month. ok na. tanggap ko na. saka masaya pa rin ang pasko. i still have to go through some lengthy commutes to attend some parties, pero ok na rin. matapos din ito.
medyo sumama lang ang loob ko ulit when my sister-in-law told me that when she was supposed to bring in her car to the dealership for some minor body repairs early this december sa toyota. she was advised by her SA na since tumatakbo naman ng ayos yung kotse, postpone nya na muna repairs dahil sa dami ng flood damaged cars. when i initially brought my car for the first estimate, the SA told me na ok lang naman gamitin ko kasi minor lang naman yung damages, na bend lang yung parts sa harap pero operational pa naman. true enough, ginamit ko for two weeks wala naman problema. worked very well. sana kung talagang marami ang flood damaged cars, sana the SA should have advised me to postpone the repairs.
in the end, i might have put too much trust sa dealership, my fault. pero i can't accept that i have asked too much from this company. sana maintindihan nila na ang good customer service means you value the concerns and resources of the customer.
on a positive note, because of our car problems, my sister would be buying my mother a car this january , when she goes on vacation. her first choice is a honda city. honda fans kasi sila mag asawa. unfortunate na nga lang for honda, my mother was also quite inconvenienced by the situation, that she decided that she'd rather have a toyota.
once again, merry christmas to all.
