December 16th, 2009 11:05 AM #6my car was not flooded, pero i'm having it repaired sa honda cavite right now. parts din ang problema, pero darating daw ng friday. mukhang yun naman lagi ang excuse nila. a year ago natagalan yung repair ng kotse ko sa honda qc. unavailability of parts din ang sinabi. di ba sa dami ng honda sa pinas dapat madali lang ang parts. baka ini import pa nila galing japan every time kailangan. sobrang incompetence naman kung ganoon.
by the way, may mga nakasabay ako na nagpa repair ng flooded cars sa honda cavite. they were from cainta. puno na yata masyado yung mga casa within metro manila so they opted to have it repaired in honda cavite. mukhang di naman sila kasing puno ng other dealerships.

This is the Philippines, where customers are only valued when making purchases. After that, you're on your own or you'll have to bear with the quality of their service.

December 16th, 2009 12:32 PM #9parts availability is not limited to honda. other manufacturers are also having the same problem. we have to understand that ondoy is a super extra ordinary event that all of us haven't prepared for; that includes the casas and the plants.
in anycase, if you ordered the parts needed already, honda's shipment of parts is coming on the 22nd at the plant. it should be distributed to the different casas by then.

Bought mine sa honda marikina and currently being repaired sa QC.
The serpentine belt is still okay, usual consumables (air filter, oifl filter, cabin filter) got...
