Extra (and perhaps expensive) Tach meter for your stock engine is simply a complete waste of money . Bili ka nalang ng other things that you can really use to improve performance.
Racing Air Filter, uh you mean like K&N? Go for the drop-in type instead of the cone type since your stock engine won't suck more air than normal.
The cone type looks good in the engine bay I agree but it does suck in the heat from the engine so you are better off getting cool air from the outside via your stock intake system.

Tachometer is a good addition to the engine if your car doesn't come with one from the factory.
Personally, ok sa akin ang cone type filters. When the car moves, air is sucked in through the grills, air dams, etc, which in turn gives cool air for the filter to suck in. Not necessarily true that all air inside the engine bay is hot.
Also, gains are seen with the proper piping, e.g. tube construction your filter is connected to. That's the x-factor for aftermarket filters.
