Yung idle up eh solenoid valve yun na nagoopen kapag nag on ang aircon.

You can have your aircon pulley checked if the bearing(s) has started to fail and become harder to turn. This can add a lot of load on your engine which results in the weak engine feeling whenever you have the A/C on.

check the freon pressure if you've just filled it up. it should be about 35 psi for the low pressure if its above 42 psi the engine of the city would start having problems in keeping the compressor turning.

    if not
    check evaporator

out of my experience with honda cities, the power does drop off considerably when the aircon is on. this is more pronounced in the 1.3 hyper engined city

its not normal to drop rpm when a/c engages. try cleaning the tb and iacv. this solved my idle problems.

I think city ex is the carb 1.3 engine tama po b? have your idle up checked on the carburetor.. and also check freon pressure.
