Lowering springs usually sell for PhP10-15k but I don't know how much they are for a CR-V, nor do I know brands that make springs for that vehicle.
How much they lower the ride height depends on what type of lowering spring you get.
Just to give you an idea: For cars, there are springs that lower 1" (Tein H-Tech), and there are springs that lower as much as 2" (Tanabe DF210), but the 1.5" drop is most common (Tanabe GF210, Tanabe NF210, Tein S.Tech, H&R Sport, Eibach Pro-Kit).

kapag ipapa drop ko anu ung mas ok ung 1.5"? mas gusto ko kasi ung medyo
naka subsob ung front wheels. anong height adjustment ang pwede?
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
