i know it is indeed possible, but... is it true?

and if they have to "tell an odometer in-accuracy", what else can they be saying in-accuracies about?

Assuming everything is as good as advertised. No issues and low milleage, is this a steal or just a fair price?
cant seem to find exact 2nd hand models anywhere.

by the way, what's the difference if the civic has only "1.8 iVTEC" on the back and the "1.8S" civic variants?

It's rightly priced for me. The 2013 1.8S AT is selling at 500k, so tama lang mas mura ng 50k sa manual, and if the odometer has not been tampered with, it's a good buy, not a steal.

The 1.8 iVTEC is the standard emblem placed in all 1.8 liter variants, referred to as S or V, and is not indicated at the back emblem. One can usually tell the S or V variants by the side mirror turning lamps, or the mag wheel design and size, if it's stock. The manual only has the S variant.

"13k milleage for a 2012 Honda Civic is very low its like new. 450k is cheap for this car model its better to bring a mechanic with you to check the car and have a copy of OR/CR and have it checked if original or tampered."

Mura na ung 450k in this case...
Was able to sell my 08 FD with 99k mileage at 360k. Pero wala na papagawa din kase.

Most FD owners may have upgraded to the new Civic. The Civic FB was not an improvement over the Civic FD.
