I can buy Similar sensor kits on ebay/aliexpress for $10-20 and install it myself but of course this is not an easy install and the warranty will be void. I have a new mobilio so this is a big deal.

The other options which do not involve extensive installation and voiding of warranty is a battery powered license plate ultrasonic sensor which connects via bluetooth to your phone ($99-$150 not including shipping) or a solar powered license plate camera ($500 not including shipping). Price is expensive since these are new inventions direct from the american inventors. Obviously once the chinese copy it then the price will go down. But so far I have not seen any knockoffs

try mo dito mga Chinese versiion. Meron Taobao Agent sa makati, where you can buy anything from that site and let them help you ship it to Manila via Balikbayan box. Usually stuff arrives in 2 weeks with them. Taobao is owned by Alibaba, and that website is very known in mainland China.

When I got it from casa, it was making a crackling sound when I step on the breaks. the agent said it was normal. 3 weeks after, the crackling sound is still heard. every morning when I start moving the car, when I park-backing up, when I stop at traffics it makes a sound then when I release the breaks - the sound is just irritating but again, consulting with Honda, they said it was normal and it will be gone in a few months. it is july already - 4 months of everyday use and counting and the crackling sound is still there. i again raise the concern to honda, and had it in there service center, they just cleaned the breaks and again said to observe the sound. One thing that really flared me up was when I asked the technician if this has occurred to other mobilio and his reply was "'di man". i might be presuming that the agent gave me a bad unit if nobody here can tell me they have the same situations.
same case here. i get the grating sound while pressing the brakes. then while in drive, in low speed, not pressing on the brakes, the sound is high pitched squeal. the sales agent said its normal when you have passed flooded streets. i think it's affecting fuel consumption.

Good day sirs. Just noticed my mobilio 1.5 V CVT, the letters on the shifter lever does not illuminate at night when I turn on the head lights. Same as the auto window switch on the driver side. I called honda and asked about the matter and they said it was normal with mobilio as everything is basic.

Also noticed the rear wheels have negative camber. This would cause uneven wear on the tyres.

have the camber checked, po, using camber measuring equipment. it's sometimes easy to be fooled by the eyeball method. but you can probably ask the casa to check them, on your check up. give them a call, po. it's supposed to be free, this early.

about the night illumination naman, let us wait for the other users' inputs. maybe the casa is right, maybe they are wrong.
but... because it is more expensive to re-tool in manufacturing, they sometimes already have provision for easy upgrade. aka, the necessary holes and mounting paraphernalia are already there. maybe someone can open her up and put in the bulbs, to activate them.

Some cars are designed with wheels that are offset positively or negatively ... Example would be the Mazda 3, to increase the steering feedback, the front wheels are offset about 6 degrees ... Also rear wheels usually have negative camber to have better grip when cornering ... So when adjusting wheel alignment make sure the equipment has settings for the exact year, make and model of your vehicle ... different cars have different settings ...

Most hondas (if not all), have negative camber sa rear. Normal yan sir. Uneven wear - unnoticeable yan sir, parang wala. Unless siguro di ka susunod sa recommended interval ng tire rotation. Also, you cannot adjust the camber without buying camber kits AFAIK.

Thank you sirs for the feedbacks. I have seen some mobilios on the road and parking lots. All have the same negative camber.

As for the nil illumination for the letters on the shifter, hopefully other owners would verify if they have the same

There is really no illumination on the shifter and window switches for all Mobilio models.

+1. Nanibago rin ako nung una. First time that i had a car na walang illumination sa A/T shifter as well as the window switches.

Nasanay narin lang but it is frustrating for other passengers who are unfamiliar with the car and would want to open the windows at night.

Naintindihan ko pa ang shifter, because meron namang display sa dash (and you won't really look down din naman sa lever while shifting).
