    Hi,

I'm in the market for Honda Jazz 2009 rims. What are the things I need to know other than it has to be 4x100? I'm looking to going from 15" OEMs to 16" shoes.

    1) What is the offset needed? What happens if you have the wrong offset?
    2) Will fuel consumption be hit hard?
    3) What are good brands for tires? How much for 50 or 55 series?
    4) Can you recommend reliable (one stop shop) stores in the Metro Manila area?

Lastly, post pics of your rims for the world to see and more importantly, prices!

    TIA!

Good luck in looking for 16" rims. I was previously looking for 16's, too, but the choices are really limited when it comes to this size. The majority of the nice rims are spread across 15's and 17's. Finally got fed up, jumped the gun and got myself 17" ones.

Well, the standard 1.5 Jazz already uses 16" wheels with 185/55/16 tires, so I do not think consumption will be hit that hard.

As for tire brands, well, it all depends on your budget. Bridgestone is a safe bet since stock tires are Bridgestone Turanza's themselves, but they're a bit on the pricier side. I myself got Toyo Proxes.

I got my rims/tires from Kustom Wheels Hub in Banawe. Not the cheapest shop in town, but they have good selection.

Haven't really had pics taken. I don't think my car deserves the word "modded" though, haven't really changed anything except for the tires/rims, lol.

Will try to take them once I get back, since it's currently sitting at home due to coding.

Also, to answer your question re: wrong offset, tires rubbing against the fender would be one of the results. I'm not exactly sure what's a good offset for 16's, but IIRC, the offset for the stock 16's is 53. (Somebody pls. correct me if I'm wrong.)
