HELP: Erratic Idle When Radiator Fan Kicks-in

Good afternoon po mga honda fanatics,

I have Honda City 2007 i-dsi M/T

Here's my problem:
When the radiator fan kicks in, i experience erratic idling. The engine revs high whether the aircon is on or off. What could be the reason behind this? Please help.

Sobrang bigat na i-drive ng city ko ngaun. Kelangan ndi ka masyado aalis ung paa mo sa clutch kc mamamatayan ka kc tataas sya tapos bglang bababa hanggang 500-600rpm so dapat tapak clutch lagi. Kusa gumagalaw ung rpm needle tapos nanginginig ung makina (pag naka stop ung car) kapag nag kick in na ung radiator fan. Pls help kc nakakairita na po. Huhuhu.

Check the obvious and basic first. Check your battery terminals of corrosion and integrity, check voltage drops on the ground side, check system voltage when symptoms appear.
