December 11th, 2013 05:29 PM #31because of today's electronic fuel injection systems, even cars with weak battery will successfully start at the first attempt, as long as everything else is ok. if it does not, a non-battery cause is probably the culprit... personal experience..
when i suspect dying battery syndrome, i bring it to the battery store for check-up. they haven't failed me yet.

Try to use 93 octane or lower fuel. In my experience, I had hard starting when I loaded with 95 or higher octane fuel on my 2009 City. Btw, my City is already going 105k KMS and still no problems with starting as long as I don't use hi octane fuel
