This is my bad experience with Honda Cars Alabang Service Center. When I got my car, naka unplugged yung dashcam, na curious ako kaya pinanood ko yung videos. Some of the last videos are about someone trying to turn off the dashcam pero automatic kc ito mago-on if nakabukas ang makina kaya ata binunot na lang ng tuluyan yung cable. Dito naman sa video nato, 2 guys are watching the tv inside my car at nag joke pa yung isa na nakawin daw nya kaya yung tv plus ko. Good job!! 😡😡😡

Julie Ann Tolentino Update: Biglang napatawag ang Customer Service rep ng Alabang kaninang umaga. She said na tinanggal na daw nila yung 1 tao nila at yung isa ay under investigation. I told her, why bigla kayo nagparamdam? Dahil ba napost na yung video? Hindi naman daw, "timely" lang daw. I told her that the last time someone talked to me from their side was June pa at he said na napagalitan n nya mga tao nya, at may meeting pa sila ulit. And nag sorry lang sa nangyari and nothing about further investigation. Tapos biglang ngayon, may "update". They emailed me din daw around July 1 about the "investigation". Told her that I never received anything, and they should have clarified my email if they really want me to receive one. Nag bounced nga daw yung email, halaka! Hayst. Good luck naman!

Hi maam, can you give me an advised on what's the best thing to do with this situation I am currently having almost the same issue or exeprience from honda alabang. Please help. June 2 pa since ipinasok sa casa ung auto ko binibigay nilang lead time for the parts to arrive is october daw.

Brio amaze po. D/s assembly daw po inorder from thailand . Ano po kaya magandang gawin dito. San po pwede magreklamo.

Yes po driveshaft. Inorder po yung parts s thailand june pa po until now wala pa daw. October daw po ang binigay sa kanilang lead time ng thailand. Wala naman din po problema sa insurance, nagbigay na sila LOA june pa po.

Natry mo na mag-inquire sa ibang honda casa.....subukan mo quezon avenue kasi yan isa sa malaki casa. Tawagan mo if may driveshaft available ( wag mo sasabihin na nasa honda alabang kotse mo). Kung sure na meron, ilipat mo na.
Pero kung wala din jan eh mag replacement ka na lang. Inquire sa sa banawe. (hindi kaya same lang ng jazz/city yan)
If wala pa din sa banawe eh order na online tapos ireinburse mo sa insurance.
Pero sandali bakit ang bilis masira driveshaft........iwawarantay daw ng casa yan?
Hindi pa na-order yan.
Complain mo sa Honda Phil yang dealer na yan.

Nabangga po sa pader. Nadisalign daw po. Papayag po ba ang honda alabang na ako ang hahanap ng driveshaft? 3 months palang po auto ko.

i think that for slow-moving items like driveshafts and stick shifts, especially newer models, even independent dealers order from the casa.
"if the casa doesn't have it, the independents won't, either."
but... you never know... good luck, po.
errr... would TS consider used items? he might get very, very lucky, scouring the cathay centers in banawe and evangelista.

What's the best thing to do sir with this situation? Sobra naman po yata yung sinsabi nilang october pa dating nun driveshaft
