Beware of honda alabang:don't go there for repairs and services

March 29 ko pinasok yung unit. eto mga texts sa akin:

March 30: good day po, sir pina diagnose ko po ulet yung unit po, up-date ko po kayo bukas

March 31: good day po, sir nakalibrate na ulet yung cvt po, pero for observation pa rin po siya sa monday po. hanggang ngayon lang po pasok namin, balik po namin sa monday po.

April 5: good day po, sir with recommendation, need to evaluate/clean valve body assy

April 7: good day po, sir with recommendation, sure na po tayo dito, REPLACE VALVE, PCV REPLACE TUBE, PCV REPLACE TUBE B, PCV REPLACE TUBE BREATHER, estimate Php 2500.

April 7: good day po, ok sir na order ko na po.

April 8: good day po, status up date, waiting parts po tayo

April 10: good day po, sir update ko po kayo sa monday po, wala po kaseng delivery ng parts po ngayon.

April 12: good day po, sir dumating na po tatlong parts po, pinasimulan ko na po yung unit, isang parts nalang po yung wait natin po.

di ba bwiset! di ako naniniwala na sinimulan na yung unit. nung pumunta nga ako last week sabi ko gusto ko kausapin personally yung nagevaluate, di daw pwede..asar!!

pag hindi pa nila narelease unit this week...

Mabilis at maayos sila siguro in terms of PMS, pero pag mga major repair with require parts to be acquired, medyo dun sila sumasablay. I had my 20000km PMS for my FD there last november there at Honda Alabang, so far, they released the my car on time.

just now i read all the comments about honda cars alabang service and im quite shaked by what i read, cause this day i should send my sisters car a honda city 2010 model to alabang service , since we reside in laspinas, but was bought at honda pampanga.
i seem to relate about the poor service they given me, "puro follow ups, call back" sorry sir, kesyo ganito, ganun wala pang parts.. sus nako!
well it took me 3weeks! just to get my car for their poor service,. a damage door on the side of the driver seat and a shaking mirror, that it get after a road mishap at alabang zapote road.. but now i read about this post sentiments of honda cars owner alike, i wonder when will i get the car after their service? hmMm... 8 weeks? or bka naman 2011 na. the problem is i already deposited for the parts, if only i read this message before i should go to honda pampanga..

Panalo. Yung CR-V kahit nasa Batangas City pa, pinapa-luwas ko pa dito para lang i-service sa Honda SPA

Bro.,- what is Honda SPA? And, where is it?....

I could not seem to understand what SPA means...

Our 09 City is nearing its PMS schedule... I usually go to Honda Alabang, but I may try this...
