Ito rin choices ko before,isama mo na avanza at vios. Kahit 1st choice ko ang jazz nagbasa pa rin akong review ng iba just to compare.
In the end yung 1st love ko pa rin binili ko.

Except for the accent hatch (sedan ang nasa list ko), those were also my choices before. Ended up getting the jazz. Mas may connect siya sakin when i saw it up close. May spark kami.

Altis is a bigger car than your city. So altis gets my vote

if you're happy with your honda experience, including casa, then stay with honda.
if you want to explore the next-door neighborhood, then go altis.
both cars are ok and shouldn't cause you the "bakit pa kasi..." willies..

but i believe altis lets the passenger stretch out inside a little more..
if your angel is fast-growing, get the one with more interior space..
try 'em both for size!

punta kayo sa otis.. magkaka-sunod doon.. honda.. mitsu..toyota.. ford.. and nissan is within padjak distance in UN..

The jazz has more legroom than an Accord. Fyi. If you sont believe me read the reviews and look at the specs. Its a great car I have one and really enjoy it. For the size of your family its perfect.

Altis if you really really really need the trunk space. Jazz if you dont.

Pag altis, 1.6v if not the 2.0v. Masyadong bare for me yung 1.6G variant eh. Pag jazz naman, vx na kaagad. Hehe

You wont regret choosing either one.

We have both the altis 10th gen and the jazz 2010.
In terms if space, i would say mas maluwag leg room ng jazz.

In terms of driving dynamics, mas peppier yung jazz, mas magaan dalhin at mas agile. Yung altis ni mom ang bigat dalhin. Although with it being heavier mas grounded sya when driving sa highway although im not saying lupaypay sa daan si jazz. Mas banayad yung acceleration ni altis kesa kay jazz, if you want sudden burst of speed, dont expect that with the altis. (Fyi: matic yung altis namen) kahit ifloor mo yung altis at "D" hindi yan bibirit, banayad ang acceleration nya.

With city driving mas fun idrive si jazz kase mas magaan sya. Driving thr altis feels like driving it with a sack of rice in the trunk. Mabigat talaga. When parking, easier syempre ipark yung jazz. Smaller space needed.

You probably wont believe me pero mas maluwag sa loob si jazz kesa sa altis specially with the seats folded flat. With the backseat naman may slight recline function pa yung sandalan sa likod. Tas mas storage space under the seat. Magic seats talaga yung sa jazz.
Please check it sa showroom, you will really be amazed how roomy the jazz is inside despite its small package disguise from the outside.

My only grunt against the jazz is the low end torque. You have to rev high to get it to start moving thats why you get such a lousy milage on stop go traffic.

If i was to customiZe my jazz ill slap in the accent turbo diesel engine then keep everything else in the jazz. Then that would be perfect.

Just my guess, with our family it has to do with each's personality. My mom is more of a relaxed business woman. Likes things moderately paced and smooth. Doesnt rush things.

While im more on the adventure fast paced sportier kinda aura and mood. Hence i have the jazz, she has her altis. Hehehe!

In UK though Hondas are considered as granny cars due to its ease of use and maintenace plus its practicality. Its a different story here in las islas filipinas

Mag test drive ka to be sure. When your seated on the "one" you will know. It took me 3 weeks to decide before i made the plunge. Take time to visit dealership and dont just believe ung mga SA. Make due diligence to read forums and do plenty of research. Heck i even sent an email to botchi of top gear when i was deciding which car to get. Hehehe

when trying on the cars in the casa, i actually ask my SA to leave me. balikan nya ako mamaya or when i call him. i do not want to be distracted by his spiel.
i stay in the car for a long time, imagining driving and passenger scenarios..
oh, he's a friend, and sanay na kami sa isa't isa.. he knows na bibili talaga ako..

Then a friend suggested Mazda 3 naman. sounds like i'm in toyota's salesforce, but i'm not. and the suggestion is really good advice.
as mentioned earlier, make a trip to otis, where the various major casas are within walking distance of each other..

Malayo ang legroom ng 10th gen Altis sa 11th gen. Kahit 3rd gen Vios mas malaki legroom sa 10th gen Altis. But the 11th gen is in a totally different level in terms of space.

Also, is your Altis the facelifted one or not? Malaki rin difference sa power ng 1ZR-FE (122 hp) vs the 3ZZ-FE (109 hp). And the 4AT of the 10th and 10.5g isn't as smooth in power delivery as the CVT of the 11th gen.

What I'm saying is, you can't judge the 11th gen based on your experience with the 10th gen.

Malayo ang legroom ng 10th gen Altis sa 11th gen. Kahit 3rd gen Vios mas malaki legroom sa 10th gen Altis. But the 11th gen is in a totally different level in terms of space.

Also, is your Altis the facelifted one or not? Malaki rin difference sa power ng 1ZR-FE (122 hp) vs the 3ZZ-FE (109 hp). And the 4AT of the 10th and 10.5g isn't as smooth in power delivery as the CVT of the 11th gen.

What I'm saying is, you can't judge the 11th gen based on your experience with the 10th gen.

i prefer the more sedate exterior of the older model; the new model is simply too flashy.. too las vegas-ish..
and i agree that the rear passenger legspace of the new model is a vast improvement over the previous.
that is why, potential buyer should see this first before making a decision..

actually, the old altis reminds me of the vietnam-era phantom jet..
