    May nag post na rin ng ganyan dito dati, don't know kung pinalitan yung gas. Body repair ba yan Sir? Nasa checklist din namn yung odo reading pag iniwan mo kotse mo sa kanila.

    Well, apparently, they accept body repairs but your car will be forwarded to kalookan at the expense of your own gas. Di nila papalitan. Di ba nila sinabi na wala silang facility for body repairs?

    Body repair po. Subukan kong tanungin kung papalitan nila. Hindi rin kasi ako naabisuhan na kelangan palang dalhin sa Honda Kalookan.

    Ganun? Under insurance claim kasi yun. Saka dun ko binili yung sasakyan at nagpapa PMS. Nung iniwan ko sa Service Advisor di naman sinabi na wala silang facility dun.

    Nung nakausap ko kanina yung Mech SA dun ko lang nalaman na ganun pala. Tanungin ko na lang. Kung hindi man palitan ok lang basta yung gas na nagamit eh yung pagdala lang to Kalookan and vice versa.

    Yes walang repair facility sa Honda Greenhills. Nasa main nila which is Kalookan.

    Pareho pala tayo sir nandun din unit ko sa kanila under repair, going 3 weeks na waaah miss ko na si Jazz.

    Although may checklist including them documenting your fuel level, wala din yan.

    Ako before sa honda pasig naman for repair din, pagbalik saken empty na talaga naka ilaw na din and 0 yung range naghihintay na lang ako tumirik. Buti sa labas ng Honda Pasig may Petron agad.

    Guys may problem kasi ako with Honda GH. Iniwan ko yung Jazz ko last Sept. 24 for PMS saka repair (via insurance claim) ang sasakyan. Bale dalawang LOA ang inissue dahil 2 separate incidents yun. Isang tama sa left part ng rear bumper na minor lang damage at isang tama sa right fender na malaki talaga yung tama. Dahil inemail lang sakin ng insurance, inadvise ako nung Service Advisor for PMS/warranty (SA1) na email ko sa kanya agad bago ako umalis ng dealership. After confirming na nareceive na niya yung emails, sinabihan niya ako na ifoforward na lang niya sa Mech/BP Service Advisor (SA2) dahil siya yung naghahandle ng repairs.

    So I was advised na one week yung repair at nung sabado ok na yung sasakyan hinihintay na lang yung revised LOA dahil maliit ata quote ng insurance.

    Fast forward today, kukunin ko na dapat yung sasakyan ng tumawag sakin yung SA2 at tinatanong yung LOA for the repair sa right fender. Nung nakausap ko eh dun ko nalaman na hindi naforward sa kanya yung LOA for the fender repair. Bale yung sa rear bumper lang ang nareceive niya kaya yun lang ang ginawa. Talagang nagalit ako dun sa kausap ko. I sent a copy of the email (I sent two separate emails for each LOA) that I sent to SA1.

    I really need the car badly dahil yun ang panghatid ko sa 6 month old namin na baby to my in-laws araw-araw. Habang wala yung sasakyan eh Uber muna gamit namin. Ang problema eh ang laki ng gastos. Around 600-700 pesos a day dahil syempre priority ang safety ni baby, mahirap na kapag taxi lang. Kung taxi naman siguro around 500-600 a day ang gastos. Alam ko na minimum of one week na naman to dahil sa nakalimutang ayusin na part.


    What do I need to do? Eto pa lang nagawa ko:
    1. I asked SA2 to update me kung kelan ang estimate niya na mailalabas ang sasakyan pero di na ako tinawagan.
    2. Tumawag ako sa Honda PH Complaint (sa Sta. Rosa daw sila) at sabi niya expect a call from Honda GH counterpart niya within the day pero wala pa rin. Do I need to write a letter? Kanino ko dapat iaddress?

    Pwede ko ba idemand ito?
    1. Pilitin sila na unahin yung sasakyan ko na mairepair;
    2. Provide me a service car for the meantime habang nirerepair yung sasakyan. Syempre sagot ko gas at parking; or
    3. Reimburse me for my expenses in Uber (may resibo naman)

    Nagparepair din ako ng rear door at bumper kasi nabangga ako ng buset na mirage g4 silver(talagang di ko makalimutan yung color, model at stickers).. hahaha..
    Medyo matagal yung release ng LOA almost 2 months, but nung pinasok ko sa honda cars makati - magallanes.. unexpected na 1 week lang tapos na.. knowing na underpriced as usual ang LOA ng insurance, so kelangan nila tawagan for price adjustment, called after 2 days, at sabi ng SA ko na ok na daw, sya na daw bahala. Pagkakaalala ko nasa half tank yung kotse, after nya binigay nasa half tank pa rin, with few km sa odo.. nasa 9km difference lang ata.. so far very satisfied sa speed at service. Mahirap lang puntahan kasi nung dinala ko yung kotse, dinala ko bike ko, tapos bike pauwi ng imus, umulan ng malakas kaya masaya naman ang bike to home.. then nung kinuha ko na, sobra traffic sa may magallanes part, napaisip tuloy ako na sana nagbike na lang ako.. hahaha.. yung pauwi inabot lang ako ng 1 hr and 40 mins, pero nung kukunin ko via commute inabot ako ng 2 hr mahigit.. buti na lang di ako natraffic nung inuwi ko ng yung kotse.. so next time, baka by bike na lang ang sundo at hatid ko ng kotse.. :-)

    mga boss question po, nag minimum na kasi coolant ko sa reservoir... paano po ba best way para mag top up... casa ba talaga kelangan? if ever, magkano po aabutin nun? 6 months old GK po... in 2 weeks time pa kasi sked ko for my 1st PMS, medyo worried lang baka may impact na kung patatagalin ko pang nasa minimum level...
