There's this annoying sound that have been bothering me lately. It's not really that severe, but when I am on idle I can hear something like a loosen belt sound. When I shift my lever to D or R. You can hear it clearly. When I shift it back to N or P, sound is softer. I let my wife to hear for it and she said to me that I am just being paranoid. LOL. I told her you don't understand coz you're not a man. Yeah i mean, for some really its tolerable. Well, not for me. [emoji23]

So what do you guys think the sound is coming from?

My Jazz VX will be delivered today. Question. Standard procedure ba na magsign ng waiver stating that you agree to pay for fines in case mahuli ng LTO na inilabas without OR-CR? Three weeks pa raw kasi yung OR-CR, pero ilalabas ko na sana today, but they are requiring me to sign the waiver.

The waiver states this: If I decide to have
the physical delivery of my vehicle out of the dealer even without the required LTO OR/CR, and
if I am apprehended by LTO officials for driving the vehicle on public roads, I manifest and
declare that it is solely my responsibility and that the dealer is free from any and all
    responsibilities.

i do not know if it is "standard procedure" or not.
but if you are accosted and you have not the requisite documents, kayo ang huhulihin at hindi sila.

I've been reading around, and mukhang this is the standard procedure nga ng mga dealership. The clause seems to further stipulate na even yung penalty ng dealership, ako dapat ang magshoshoulder.

I'm considering waiting na lang for the ORCR before I take the car out of the casa.

Any tips on how I can make the casa process the ORCR quicker?

parang magkakaiba sila ng understanding dyan ah, sabi ng SA sa shaw, as long as may sales invoice ay ok na daw yun and wala na daw kailangan na parang temporary pass from them to use the car habang wala pa OR at CR

either your SA is not telling the truth or he/she does not know. i think it's published at the LTO website as well as news agencies that you can only take your car from dealership back to your house while waiting for OR CR. after that you can only drive it around private roads. if caught along highways then you'll be fined.

the risk of being apprehended is very low based on today's practice, but you'll never know. if you get involved in an accident then there's no escaping the consequences. kaya ako hindi ko muna nilalabas pa ng subdivision, except maybe on sundays.

I think tama pagkakaintindi ng SA ko. Bawal talaga i-drive sa highway ang kotse na wala pang OR-CR. See this article: LTO Postpones Uniform Temporary Plates; Reiterates No OR/CR, No Travel | ************ - Philippine Car News, Car Reviews, Car Features, Car Buyer's Guide and Car Prices.

And from what I understand, kapag nahuli, may penalty ang owner AND ang dealership. And this is why they are asking me to sign the waiver, para kapag nahuli, ako ang sasagot ng penalty ko at penalty nila, kasi parang ako yung nag-push na ilabas yung kotse kahit wala pang OR-CR.

    Eto pa laman ng waiver:

I also acknowledge that (1) I cannot bring said vehicle out of the dealer until the
LTO Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration (OR/CR) have been issued by LTO because
of the policy of LTO under Memorandum Circular AVT-2015-1927 that strictly prohibits the
driving of vehicles without registration (No registration, No travel policy); 2) If I decide to have
the physical delivery of my vehicle out of the dealer even without the required LTO OR/CR, and
if I am apprehended by LTO officials for driving the vehicle on public roads, I manifest and
declare that it is solely my responsibility and that the dealer is free from any and all
    responsibilities.

How long did you have to wait for the OR-CR?
